My sister practices intermittent fasting and says she does very well with it, but I think it depends on the individual and it's not for everyone. I don't practice it as it is because of my toddler's routine, so I only leave a 12 hour window between dinner and breakfast, I would like to do it for longer, but that's what I can do right now.
