Saludos mi querida gente bonita, soy nueva por esta comunidad y quiero compartirles esta limpieza facial que encontré en redes y quise practicarla!!
Primero que nada, esta limpieza la encontré en tik tok y quise hacerla, pero cabe destacar que hace mucho tiempo la hacia porque siempre he sido fan de los skin care solo que como soy de piel delicada no puedo echarme muchas cosas en la cara porque casi todo me da alergia, y por eso siempre buscaba recetas en google, recetas caseras con materiales naturales que yo misma pudiera usar para no dañar mi rostro.
Esta receta es de café instantáneo con la clara de huevo ligados, pero yo antes me la hacia por separado, realmente yo usaba la borra de café y me la ponía en la cara varias capas hasta que secara y me funcionaba, de verdad tampoco es que sufra de acné ni de ninguna imperfección, cuando estaba en el liceo como cualquier adolescente si tuve mis marcas y mis granitos pero salían por cuestiones de hormonas y de desarrollo y yo era muy ociosa y me pellizcaba y por eso se me rompían.
Ya luego fui entendiendo que no debería pellizcarme la cara a medida que fui creciendo y porque me veía esas manchitas horribles y me salían que si en la punta de la nariz, en una mejilla, en la barbilla y se veían enormes, entonces me salían como 2 o 3 granitos nada mas y yo misma los destrozaba.
Usaba cremas faciales como Ponds pero me daba alergia al igual que jabones con glicerina, de avena todo eso me enrojecía la cara y me salían pelotitas de alergia, llegue hasta quemarme el rostro con crema de dientes y m e resecaba porque usaba jabón azul y me lo dejaba toda la noche y de verdad abusaba yo misma, mucho que no sufrió ningún daño.
Llegue a probar los productos de limpieza facial de la marca Amway y fue una maravilla, todos sus productos, una calidad indiscutiblemente buena, y con eso estuve años cuidándome el rostro y como yo usaba mucho maquillaje para mis presentaciones de danza entonces es cuando mas me tenia que cuidar la carita.
Después con el pasar del tiempo ya no comprábamos esos productos y comencé a hacer mascarillas caseras que encontraba en internet y una de esas fue el café y la clara de huevo, la clara de huevo la batía y me la aplicaba con una brochita y luego me ponía papel higiénico y era como un depilador y el café me hidrataba y blanqueaba el rostro, la borrita en realidad.
Pero esta vez vi que lo ligaban, yo no tengo café instantáneo y se me había acabado el café así que utilice una borra que me quedaba con una clara de huevo, use 2 cucharadas de café, que no me quedara muy espeso y grumoso y batí y luego me lo fui aplicando por capas, espere que se secara cada capa y me lo fui aplicando con una brochita de maquillaje de echar base, me puse 4 capas porque la ultima fue para aplicar el papel higiénico.
Luego que eso seco y se puso duro como una piedra lo despegue de mi rostro, cabe destacar que duele bastante, mas para las personas que tienen mucho vello facial, a mi no me afecta tanto y aun así me dolió, pero se lo hice a una amiga y si le dolió bastante por la cantidad de vellos.
Cuando me lo retire la cara me quedo muy roja eso si y me ardía un poco pero luego me eche mis cremitas y mis serum y listo, se fue quitando el enrojecimiento y se veía super limpia y blanca mi cara y se sentía super bien.

This recipe is for instant coffee with the egg white mixed in, but before I made it separately, I actually used the coffee grounds and put it on my face in several layers until It dried and it worked for me, it's really not that I suffer from acne or any imperfection, when I was in high school like any teenager I did have my marks and my pimples but they came out due to hormones and development issues and I was very lazy and I pinched myself and that's why they broke.
Later I began to understand that I should not pinch my face as I grew older and because I saw those horrible little spots and they appeared on the tip of my nose, on one cheek, on the chin and they looked huge, so I only got 2 or 3 pimples and I destroyed them myself.
I used facial creams like Ponds but it gave me allergies as well as soaps with glycerin, oatmeal, all of which made my face red and I got allergy balls, I even burned my face with toothpaste and it dried me out because I used blue soap and left it on all night and I really abused it myself, so much so that it didn't cause any damage.
I got to try the Amway brand facial cleansing products and it was wonderful, all their products, unquestionably good quality, and with that I spent years taking care of my face and since I used a lot of makeup For my dance performances that's when I had to take care of my face the most.
Then as time went by we no longer bought those products and I started making homemade masks that I found on the internet and one of those was coffee and egg white, I beat the egg white and I applied it with a little brush and then I put toilet paper on it and it was like a hair remover and the coffee hydrated and whitened my face, it actually erased it.
But this time I saw that they linked it, I don't have instant coffee and I had run out of coffee so I used a grounds that I had left with an egg white, I used 2 tablespoons of coffee, so that it wouldn't be too thick and lumpy and I beat it and then I applied it in layers, I waited for each layer to dry and I applied it with a makeup brush to apply foundation, I put on 4 layers because the last one was to apply the toilet paper.
After it dried and became hard as a rock, I took it off my face, it should be noted that it hurts a lot, but for people who have a lot of facial hair, it doesn't affect me as much and It still hurt, but I did it to a friend and it hurt a lot because of the amount of hair.
When I removed it, my face was very red, yes, and it burned a little, but then I put my creams and my serum on it and that's it, the redness went away and it looked super clean and My face was white and it felt super good.
