Hello there Hivers. Im here again to share with you what I've done last Friday,it was so fun, even though I don't want it but I have to because of grade.
So what did I do last Friday? So last Friday we had a subject about health and spa, and our instructor decided that we needed to hand on the facial because we couldn't learn it if we were only looking at or watching from it. So we did the facial by pair so that the ingredients are not so expensive.
So first we did is set up the equipment and the ingredients. After we arrange it, I'm the first esthetician, so my friend is my client. So the first facial that we will do is the Organic Facial SPA, and I will share with you the ingredients of it.
Facial Wash
Exfoliator (but we use brown sugar on it)
Antibacterial or Toner
Egg yolk
Oatmeal
Toner
Oil/Musturizer
Sunscreen
So after I have a have a facial spa, my friend is the next client. I'm not nervous because I experience being an ethestician, so I'm calm at first. And the first thing that we do is Cleaning the face using the facial wash,but before we really started I take a picture before the facial started.
And after that we exfoliate the face using the brown sugar, and after we wash the face.
And next we get the white and black heads that's on my face, and I'm really shocked because my partner really pushed the stainless steel comedone extractor, it really hurts just like you've been stabbed. I really cry in that because of the pain that I get.
And after we get the black and whiteheads we need to put acne antibacterial pr toner. But since I dont have so much acne, we did not put any of it, so we follow the next step, the eggyolk and the oatmeal. And rest it for 20 mins.
So after 20 mins we did clean our face and do the next step, which is the toner.
Then next is the oil, you can use any oil or musturizer, here we did put the coconut oil, but it was nicer if you use the sunflower oil so that it was not that smelly.
And last we put the sunscreen,this is the last step in organic SPA
And that was yhe end of my blog and here is the result of my face after facial spa. It looks like theres no difference in the before and after because I feel ugly after because of the oil.
This is my short blog about SPA. It is just the beginning of our lesson in health and SPA, there is more that is waiting next.
It's nice that you are taking care of yourself and I love the fact that you use natural ingredients for your facial treatment.
