La calistenia me cambio la vida a los 13 años ya que yo pesaba 100 kilo, hay fue el momento que me di cuenta que tenia que hacer un cambio en mi vida y tener una vida saludable

Calisthenics changed my life at 13 years old since I weighed 100 kilos, that was the moment I realized that I had to make a change in my life and have a healthy life
Yo naci en venezuela, anzoategui el 21 de marzo del 2002, tengo dos hermanos, yo soy el menor yo naci con un don, ese don lo perfeccione y me puse a pensar en cocinar por medio de mi abuela a ella la vi cocinando a la edad de los 4 años, despues de un par de año ella intento enseñar a cocinar igual que a ella, pero poca atencion yo le ponia yo lo que asi era tratajar de cocinar por mi propia cuenta, yo trataba de memorizar las recetas de mi familiares que veia o que me gustaban luego lo intentaba hacer las recetas hasta que me fui profeccionando en la parte de la gastronomia sin contar con lo que me gfalta aun de aprender.
I was born in Venezuela, Anzoategui on March 21, 2002, I have two brothers, I am the youngest I was born with a gift, I perfected that gift and I started thinking about cooking through my grandmother I saw her cooking at the At the age of 4, after a couple of years she tried to teach cooking just like her, but I paid little attention to her, which was trying to cook on my own, I tried to memorize the recipes of my relatives that I saw or that I liked, then I tried to make the recipes until I was proficient in the gastronomy part without counting on what I still had to learn.

1.Motivar a otras personas hacer ejercicios con mi contenido que le estare aportando aparte compartirles e enseñarles como hacer algunos platillos de comida y dulce ya que me encanta lo que es la parte de la cocina.
1.Motivate other people to do exercises with my content that I will be contributing apart from sharing and teaching them how to make some food and sweet dishes since I love what the kitchen part is.
2. Darles reconocimientos a ustedes la comunidad #Hive enseñarles como hacer los ejercicios a las personas que estén empezando hacer y puedan tener un progreso un poco mas rápida y así no se desmotivan a dejar el entrenamiento.
3.Give recognition to you the #Hive community teach how to do the exercises to people who are starting to do and can have a little faster progress and so they are not discouraged from leaving the training.
