Welcome, dear Hivers!
At Project Encouragement and as Witnesses in Hive, we work every day to support content creators in Hive and especially those who make life in the Friend Communities we support.
From @aliento.love we want to show a little of why we directly support these publications, so that many of our hivers who make life in our community can find a direction and an idea where to direct their publications, how to improve them through analyzing the content of other people, etc.
Today we bring you the eighteenth report curation report of the project with the same approach we started last week in which we will show the reason why we chose the posts to show today and a particular topic that can be reflective, funny, educational, etc, so, let's go with today's report!

En el Proyecto Aliento y como Testigos en Hive, trabajamos día a día en apoyar a los creadores de contenido de la cadena, y en especial, a aquellos que hacen vida en las Comunidades Amigas que apoyamos.
Desde @aliento.love queremos mostrar un poco del porqué apoyamos directamente estas publicaciones, para que muchos de nuestros hivers que hacen vida en nuestra comunidad puedan encontrar un rumbo y una idea hacia dónde dirigir sus publicaciones, cómo mejorarlas a través de analizar el contenido de otras personas, etc.
Hoy les traemos el décimo octavo reporte de curación del proyecto con el mismo enfoque que comenzamos la semana pasada en el cuál mostraremos el motivo por el cuál elegimos los posts a mostrar el día de hoy y un tópico particular que puede ser reflexivo, divertido, educativo, etc, así que, ¡vamos con el reporte de hoy!

Topic of the day: HOBBIES ARE ESSENTIAL IN LIFE
Throughout our life, we decide the course of it through our passions, the things that move us and make us get out of bed every day to live another day, however, there are people who are so rooted to the idea of simply working, producing and being successful that they forget something very important, and that is the fact that we need hobbies in our life to be happy.
If you are wondering what is a hobby? Well, the answer is simple, it is that activity that we are not necessarily passionate about but that gives us a little "distraction" or fun to keep the balance between obligations and leisure; there are people who undervalue hobbies in life, but they are more necessary than it seems.
Today many people have video games as a hobby, it is no longer so difficult to access them through a console, a pc, or even from our own smartphones, 20 years ago people did not play games on phones because they had no capacity for it, but today, regardless of age, many people are distracted playing games like CoD Mobile, Wild Rift, even there was a time where they played a lot Candy Crush and others, it has become a more accessible way to be happy.
Beyond video games, there are many other hobbies you can have in your life, you can practice a sport, you can get into the world of reading, writing, learning to sew clothes, origami, playing with a rubik's cube, the possibilities are endless, there are people who even have as a hobby going out to eat in unknown places, just to live the experience and it is totally valid, hobbies are simply ways to get out of our daily routine of production and work to give a little freshness to our life.
If you still don't have a hobby, you should think about finding one, believe us, your life will improve a lot, you will understand what it is to find the true balance to have a much fuller and healthier life.
Now, having said that, we want to show you some publications that can serve as an example to know what we are looking for when curating content, the authors that you will see below can give you an idea and serve as a reference:

A lo largo de nuestra vida, decidimos el rumbo de ella a través de nuestras pasiones, las cosas que nos mueven y nos hacen levantarnos de la cama cada día para vivir un día más, sin embargo, hay personas que se arraigan tanto a la idea de simplemente trabajar, producir y ser exitosos que se olvidan de algo muy importante, y eso es el hecho de que necesitamos hobbies en nuestra vida para ser felices.
Si se preguntan ¿qué es un hobbie? Pues, la respuesta es simple, es aquella actividad que no necesariamente nos apasiona pero que nos otorga un poco de "distracción" o diversión para mantener el balance entre las obligaciones y el ocio; hay personas que infravaloran los hobbies en la vida, pero estos son más necesarios de lo que parece.
Hoy en día muchas personas tienen como hobbie los videojuegos, ya no es tan difícil acceder a ellos a través de una consola, de una pc, o inclusive desde nuestros mismos teléfonos inteligentes, hace 20 años las personas no jugaban a juegos en los teléfonos porque estos no tenían capacidad para ello, pero hoy en día, sin importar la edad, muchas personas se distraen jugando juegos como CoD Mobile, Wild Rift, inclusive hubo una época donde se jugaba mucho Candy Crush y demás, se ha conseguido una forma más accesible de ser felices.
Más allá de los videojuegos, existen muchos otros hobbies que puedes tener en tu vida, puedes practicar un deporte, puedes adentrarte en el mundo de la lectura, la escritura, el aprender a coser ropa, el origami, jugar con un cubo de rubik, las posibilidades son infinitas, hay personas que inclusive tienen como hobbie el salir a comer a lugares desconocidos, solo para vivir la experiencia y es totalmente válido, los hobbies son simplemente maneras de salir de nuestra rutina diaria de producción y trabajo para darle un poco de frescura a nuestra vida.
Si todavía no tienes un hobbie, deberías pensar en buscar uno, deben creernos con esto, sus vidas mejorarán muchísimo, entenderán lo que es encontrar el verdadero balance para tener una vida mucho más plena y saludable.

The world of photography is one of the most interesting within the art, because many people use this medium to tell very epic stories, @ceciliajess handles very well her own concept to make works that leave us all speechless, in this case we can see a very beautiful photo shoot where she plays with the natural light emanating from the fire of a candle and lets glimpse her creativity and brings out her best angles to the delight of the viewer.
El mundo de la fotografía es uno de los más interesantes dentro del arte, porque muchas personas utilizan este medio para contar historias muy épicas, @ceciliajess maneja muy bien su propio concepto para realizar obras que nos dejen a todos sin palabras, en este caso podemos ver una sesión de fotos muy hermosa donde juega con la luz natural que emana el fuego de una vela y deja entrever su creatividad y saca a relucir sus mejores ángulos para el deleite del espectador.

Something great about Hive is the fact that you can share any kind of art you like to do and be rewarded for it, @drock is a dancer with a lot of category that always shows us his best performances when it comes to dance, he is an artist with a lot of level that represents quite well what you look for in a creator of this niche, you can't miss this choreography, it's just great.
Algo genial sobre Hive es el hecho de que puedes compartir cualquier tipo de arte que te guste hacer y ser recompensado por ello, @drock es un bailarín con muchísima categoría que siempre nos muestra sus mejores performances cuando se trata de la danza, es un artista con mucho nivel que representa bastante bien lo que se busca en un creador de este nicho, no se pueden perder esta coreografía, es simplemente genial.
