At Project Encouragement and as Witnesses in Hive, we work every day to support content creators in Hive and especially those who make life in the Friend Communities we support.
From @aliento.love we want to show a little of why we directly support these publications, so that many of our hivers who make life in our community can find a direction and an idea where to direct their publications, how to improve them through analyzing the content of other people, etc.
Today we bring you the second curation report of the project with the same approach we started last week in which we will show the reason why we chose the posts to show today and a particular topic that can be reflective, funny, educational, etc, so, let's go with today's report!

En el Proyecto Aliento y como Testigos en Hive, trabajamos día a día en apoyar a los creadores de contenido de la cadena, y en especial, a aquellos que hacen vida en las Comunidades Amigas que apoyamos.

Desde @aliento.love queremos mostrar un poco del porqué apoyamos directamente estas publicaciones, para que muchos de nuestros hivers que hacen vida en nuestra comunidad puedan encontrar un rumbo y una idea hacia dónde dirigir sus publicaciones, cómo mejorarlas a través de analizar el contenido de otras personas, etc.
Hoy les traemos el segundo reporte de curación del proyecto con el mismo enfoque que comenzamos la semana pasada en el cuál mostraremos el motivo por el cuál elegimos los posts a mostrar el día de hoy y un tópico particular que puede ser reflexivo, divertido, educativo, etc, así que, ¡vamos con el reporte de hoy!

Topic of the day: THE DYNAMISM OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES
In the world of content creation, we are always under judgment about what “quality” can mean in our posts, so today's topic will try to answer an important question: is quality in Hive subjective or objective? And the answer, believe it or not, is BOTH.
There are many objective elements within the quality of a post, such as writing, image quality, audio quality and others that can show off our expertise as creators, however, there are some subjective elements that can make us reflect on whether a post has quality or not.
After all, quality resides in the eyes of each person who consumes a post, because what for someone is an epic post, for another person may not mean much, so we must be very self-critical to understand what we are looking for when creating content, do we want to entertain, do we want to teach something, do we want to change the world? We have the decision, but there is an extremely important factor about our content that we always have to take into account.
That factor is the personal factor within our posts; why do we say this? Simple, what makes a person want to consume our content is our own essence in our posts, because niches may have creators that do similar work, but the only thing that differentiates us is our essence as creators.
So, having said that, it is up to us to reflect every day on what we want to show people, in what way we want to impact, in what way we want to captivate, in what way we want to captivate and so on, if we learn to keep our essence, success will be a must and not a coincidence.

Tópico del día: CALIDAD EN HIVE: ¿OBJETIVA O SUBJETIVA?
En el mundo de la creación de contenido, siempre nos sometemos al juicio sobre lo que puede significar la "calidad" en nuestros posts, así que el tópico de hoy tratará de responder una pregunta importante: ¿la calidad en Hive es subjetiva u objetiva? Y la respuesta, aunque no lo crean es AMBAS.
Hay muchos elementos objetivos dentro de la calidad de un post, como lo puede ser la redacción, la calidad de imagen, de audio y demás que pueden hacer gala de nuestra experticia como creadores, sin embargo, existen algunos elementos subjetivos que pueden hacernos reflexionar sobre si un post posee calidad o no.
Al fin y al cabo, la calidad reside en los ojos de cada persona que consume un post, porque lo que para alguien es un post épico, para otra persona puede no significar mucho, por eso debemos ser muy autocríticos para entender qué es lo que se busca al momento de crear contenido, ¿queremos entretener? ¿queremos enseñar algo? ¿queremos cambiar el mundo? Nosotros tenemos la decisión, pero hay un factor extremadamente importante sobre nuestro contenido que siempre tenemos que tener en cuenta.
Dicho factor es el factor personal dentro de nuestros posts; ¿por qué decimos esto? Simple, lo que hace que una persona quiere consumir nuestro contenido es nuestra propia esencia en nuestros posts, porque los nichos pueden tener creadores que hagan trabajos parecidos, pero lo único que nos diferencia es nuestra esencia como creadores.
Así que, dicho esto, nos toca reflexionar cada día sobre qué es lo que queremos mostrar a las personas, de qué forma queremos impactar, de qué forma queremos cautivar, de qué forma queremos cautivar y así sucesivamente, si aprendemos a mantener nuestra esencia, el éxito será una obligación y no una casualidad.
