Soy cubana, nací en un pequeño pueblo rodeado de mar, llamado Bahía Honda, en la actual provincia de Artemisa. Crecí en una familia muy musical, mis padres conformaban un duo que defendía la música campesina, y mi papá es lutier. Comencé a cantar en la escuela, cuando tenía apenas 5 años mi papá me acompañaba con su guitarra.
I am Cuban, I was born in a small town surrounded by the sea, called Bahía Honda, in the current province of Artemisa. I grew up in a very musical family, my parents formed a duo that defended country music, and my father is a luthier. I started singing at school, when I was just 5 years old my father accompanied me with his guitar.
No estudie música, pero el entorno familiar favoreció mi desempeño artístico, mis padres siempre nos llevaban a mis hermanos y a mí a todas sus presentaciones, donde no solo disfrutábamos de su música campesina, sino de otros géneros que exponían los demás artistas. Aún nos reunimos en familia y cantamos juntos.
I didn't study music, but my family environment favored my artistic performance. My parents always took my brothers and me to all their performances, where we enjoyed not only their country music, but also other genres performed by other artists. We still get together as a family and sing together.
Por muchos años, me mantuve como solista y después como cantante principal del grupo ``Retorno ‘. En el 2019 iniciè la materialización de un sueño, tener mi propio grupo musical, y así nació Tiempos D`Sì, donde me desempeño como directora y cantante. También comencé a escribir y he tenido la oportunidad de defender mis propias canciones.
For many years, I remained a soloist and then as the lead singer of the group Retorno. In 2019, I began to realize a dream, to have my own musical group, and that is how Tiempos D`Sì was born, where I work as a director and singer. I also started writing and have had the opportunity to defend my own songs.
Con mi grupo he participado en eventos de todo el país, programas de Tv, Radio, además de ser anfitriones del festival de música alternativa Aires D Mar, con cita anual en playa Punta de Piedra, Bahía Honda.
With my group I have participated in events throughout the country, TV and Radio programs, as well as hosting the Aires D Mar alternative music festival, held annually on Punta de Piedra beach, Bahía Honda.
