OK! parece que todo esta en orden, Hola! desde mi ultimo post le he agarrado un gusto a escribir un poco mas y aunque en mi cabeza siempre estan rondando criticas de peliculas o videojuegos creo que estaria chevere que para empezar escribiese esto, vi este tipo de post en al comunidad de Aliento y me puso a pensar un poco que es lo que un Hiver necesita para ser un usuario de provecho para la comunidad, al parecer en este post lo vamos a averiguar! Muchos usuarios igual que yo han dado su opinion asi que espero que esta sume un poco a definir como deberian ser los usuarios de la blockchain ;D
Publicar en Hive es complicado, si obtener una delegacion para poder hacer una cantidad minima de comentarios ya es un poco como un laberinto no me quiero imaginar para los que no tienen algo como la Curiosidad para explorar cada uno de los rincones que hay tanto en Hive como en los multiples chats de discord que existen, ser curioso es uno de esos atributos que me definen desde el comienzo y con la ayuda de algunos usuarios tambien supe exactamente sonde dirigir todas esas ganas de explorar y aprender lo basico de la comunidad y de plataformas como Peakd. Aun estoy en etapas tempranas pero se que voy por buen camino.
OK! it seems that everything is in order, Hi! since my last post I've taken a taste to write a little more and although in my head are always going around critiques of movies or video games I think it would be cool to start writing this, I saw this kind of post in the community of Aliento and got me thinking a little what a Hiver needs to be a user of benefit to the community, apparently in this post we are going to find out! Many users like me have given their opinion so I hope this one will add a little bit to define how blockchain users should be ;D
Posting on Hive is complicated, if getting a delegation to be able to make a minimum amount of comments is already a bit of a maze I don't want to imagine for those who don't have something like Curiosity to explore every corner that there is both in Hive and in the multiple discord chats that exist, being curious is one of those attributes that define me from the beginning and with the help of some users I also knew exactly where to direct all that desire to explore and learn the basics of the community and platforms such as Peakd. I'm still in the early stages but I know I'm on the right track.
La paciencia tambien forma parte de esas cualidades que pienso deberian estar en cada Hiver ya que Hive muchas veces puede ser complicada y no siempre puede salir como queremos, esto me lo han dicho bastantes usuarios via discord o sin ir mas lejos el usuario que me ha guiado un poco por estos terrenos, hay semanas en donde nos va a ir mal en cuanto a recompensas o en cuanto a inspiracion para hacer los post pero siempre tenemos que tener paciencia, no presionarnos demasiado e ir con la corriente, revisar nuestros pasos es lo que mas me han recomendado ademas de interactuar con la comunidad para asegurar que estoy haciendo un impacto en cada uno de los post o comentarios que hago, mientras mas interacciones tenga mayor sera mi presencia y mayor seran mis posibilidades de ser recompensado.
Un poco mas en sincronia con lo que dije arriba tambien es muy importante señalar que la perseverancia juega un papel muy importante a la hora de entrar en este mundillo, tener que hacer post seguidos cada dia puede ser un detonante de un burnout constante y ademas puede ser perjudicial para la salud pero la clave de tener perseverancia en Hive es gestionar las publicaciones, ya sea utilizando la funcion de programar que tiene peakd (que seguramente usare para este post) o dejando los post listos para ser publicados mas tarde, por mi parte aunque estoy nuevo en esta comunidad creo que voy a hacer algunas publicaciones para dejarlas listas y solo tener que publicarlas, otra cosa que un usuario estaba haciendo y me lo comento por discord era escribir solo las ideas para post que tenia en una libreta y asi tener facilidad y claridad a la hora de saber que escribir.
Patience is also part of those qualities that I think should be in every Hiver because Hive can often be complicated and can not always go as we want, I have been told this by many users via discord or without going any further the user who has guided me a little by these grounds, there are weeks where we will go wrong in terms of rewards or in terms of inspiration to make the post but we always have to be patient, not to push ourselves too much and go with the flow, reviewing our steps is what I have been recommended the most, besides interacting with the community to ensure that I am making an impact in each of the posts or comments I make, the more interactions I have the greater my presence and the greater my chances of being rewarded.
A little more in sync with what I said above it is also very important to point out that perseverance plays a very important role when entering this world, having to make consecutive posts every day can be a trigger for a constant burnout and can also be detrimental to health but the key to having perseverance in Hive is to manage the publications, either using the scheduling function that peakd has (which I will surely use for this post) or leaving the posts ready to be published later, for my part although I am new in this community I think I will make some posts to leave them ready and only have to publish them, another thing that a user was doing and told me by discord was to write only the ideas for post that he had in a notebook and thus have ease and clarity when it comes to know what to write.
Por ahora vamos bien, pero creo que quiza la mas importante de todas las cualidades que debe tener un hiver es el de saber comunicarse. esa habilidad que se va perfeccionando con el tiempo me parece lo mas importante que puede haber en esta comunidad, saber decir las ideas de forma clara antes de dirigirlas y sobre todo teniendo una comunidad multi-lengua como la de Hive en donde el ingles predomina pero tambien en el español hay bastantes grupos que tienen desde hace mucho tiempo un rol importante de la comunidad.
Y eso sera todo por ahora, pienso que aun faltan un par mas de cualidades que deberian tener los Hivers pero estoy satisfecho con las que he expuesto aca, sobre todo la paciencia y la perseverancia juegan un papel crucial si se quiere llegar a alguna parte en Hive, pero tambien cosas como aprender las especificaciones de la blockchain y como funcionan cada una de sus webs forman todo un set de habilidades que deberiamos adquirir para asegurar nuestro exito en Hive, eso es todo! le estoy agarrando aun el gusto a publicar y escribir pero estoy seguro que para mas tarde podre publicar alguna reseña sobre una pelicula que me vi anoche!

For now we are doing well, but I think that perhaps the most important of all the qualities that a Hiver should have is knowing how to communicate. This skill that is perfected over time seems to me the most important thing that can be in this community, knowing how to say the ideas clearly before directing them and especially having a multi-language community like Hive where English predominates but also in Spanish there are many groups that have long had an important role in the community.
And that will be all for now, I think there are still a couple more qualities that Hivers should have but I am satisfied with the ones I have exposed here, especially patience and perseverance play a crucial role if you want to get somewhere in Hive, but also things like learning the specifications of the blockchain and how each of its webs work form a whole set of skills that we should acquire to ensure our success in Hive, that's all! I'm still getting the hang of posting and writing but I'm sure by later I'll be able to post a review of a movie I saw last night!

Hola! la verdad es que llevaba un tiempo viendo como era la comunidad ya que no tenia HP!! estuve sin hp solo viendo como editar las publicaciones y en general sabiendo como es la comunidad, despues vi que la mayoria de las interacciones se hacian por discord y fui a pedir una delegacion por alla y fue hasta ahora que pude publicar este y mi primer post!
