Hello everyone, before we share with you our second publication, we would like to thank you for the reception on Hive, there were many nice and inspiring comments.
Hoy le queremos hablar sobre el nombre de Chocobaha y que significa el león. / Today we want to talk about the name Chocobaha and what the lion means.
La mayoría de las chocolaterías Bean to bar llevan por nombre, el nombre o el apellido de la persona que la fundo, nosotros quisimos cambiar un poco eso, duramos casi 3 meses pensando que nombre colocarle, buscábamos un nombre que sea funcional, pegajoso y que nos representara a los dos.
Luego de varias propuestas, un día le dije a Luis ¿y si le colocamos Chocobaha? Luego de unos minutos pensando dijo que le parecía buena idea, pero que debíamos incluir algo que también me representara a mí, fue entonces donde decidimos incluirle el león , ya que mi apellido es León.
Most of the Bean to bar chocolate shops are named after the first or last name of the person who founded it, we wanted to change that a little bit, we spent almost 3 months thinking about what name to give it, we were looking for a name that is functional, catchy and that represented both of us.
After several proposals, one day I told Luis what if we put Chocobaha? After a few minutes of thinking he said that he thought it was a good idea, but that we should include something that also represented me, it was then when we decided to include the lion, since my last name is Leon.
We wanted to keep the word chocolate so that people could understand that we are a chocolate factory, but then we decided to leave the word choco alone.
Luis' last name is Bahachille. We didn't want to put the full last name, but just took the initials of it, and we thought it would be catchy, and so far it has worked.
Many people ask us why the lion's mane is green, and the reason for choosing that color is because in our chocolate factory we have a commitment with the environment, we recycle, we do not use any type of chemicals and our machinery is made with recycled material. In future publications we will show you our machines and we will talk about how we make them and their functionality.
