One thing I must stress, if there’s one thing I want you to do is STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR!! Fruit and things that are whole are okay but DO NOT eat candy, junk or other things. Your body is so fragile right now, focus on multivitamins as much as you can to get the nourishment to replenish!!
Stay strong my friend, you will look back at this time years from now at how strong you are!

I have not been prescribed vitamins yet, but the doctors will see me on Monday and I will ask.
The doctors may not be too familiar with getting our bodies back to normal health and optimal health as much as they are good at killing something off. There are so many resources out there for how to build your body back after things like this but most importantly you should focus on getting the vitamins, minerals and nutrients back into your body that were so severely reduced over the past many weeks.
It’s difficult but I would stay clear away from sugar for 6-12 months! It’s tempting but trust me, your body can wait before you indulge in some sweets!
After a year you can likely go back to relatively normal consumption but I still say try to do it as little as possible 😊
