Accepting changes is not easy

Hola mis queridos lectores de Hive, espero que estén todos bien o por lo menos activos a pesar de las dificultades. Hoy paso por aquí haciendo una reflexión, tiene que ver con los cambios, los cuales se hacen muy difícil de aceptar en algunos casos.
Hello my dear readers of Hive, I hope you are all well or at least active despite the difficulties. Today I am passing by here making a reflection, it has to do with changes, which are very difficult to accept in some cases.
Por ejemplo, cuando perdemos a un ser amado, un padre, hermano, hijo, madre y cualquier ser cercano que queremos y con los cuales estábamos acostumbrados a compartir nuestras vivencias.
For example, when we lose a loved one, a father, brother, son, mother and any close person we love and with whom we were used to share our experiences.
Casualmente el día domingo asistí a un funeral de una persona muy especial para muchas personas, era una persona muy alegre, a pesar de tener un diagnóstico de cáncer no dejaba de sonreír y mantenerse entusiasta y hasta positivo.
Coincidentally, on Sunday I attended a funeral of a very special person for many people, he was a very cheerful person, despite having a diagnosis of cancer, he kept smiling and remained enthusiastic and even positive.
Tenía un matrimonio ya para 50 años, toda una vida ¿verdad? Y es allí donde uno se pregunta, ¿Cómo hace esa esposa para acostumbrarse a que ya no está? Se asume los cambios impuestos porque escapa de sus manos, pero no deja de ser sumamente difícil para ella, sus hijos, nietos y esa cantidad de personas a la cual dejó una huella imborrable.
He had been married for 50 years, a lifetime, right? And that is where one wonders, how does this wife get used to the fact that she is no longer there? She assumes the changes imposed because it is out of her hands, but it is still extremely difficult for her, her children, grandchildren and the many people to whom she left an indelible mark.
Por lo general en un funeral estamos acostumbrados a ver llorar a las mujeres pero a los hombres se les hace un tanto difícil manifestar sus sentimientos. Pero ese día domingo vi a muchos secar sus lágrimas, muestra de su cariño por esta persona.
Usually at a funeral we are used to see women crying, but men find it difficult to express their feelings. But that Sunday I saw many men wiping away their tears, a sign of their affection for this person.
Otro ejemplo, podría ser cuando los hijos tienen que irse a otro país en busca de una mejor vida, y dejan a sus padres ya envejecidos sumergidos en una impuesta soledad. Ambas partes se ven sin duda alguna afectadas.
Another example could be when children have to go to another country in search of a better life, and leave their aging parents submerged in an imposed loneliness. Both parties are undoubtedly affected.
Nada de tan solo estos dos ejemplos son fáciles pero no podemos escapar de ellos, por eso mis queridos lectores que hicieron una pausa para leer mi reflexión, queda de nuestra parte individualmente aprovechar cada instante de nuestra vida para amar y ser amados. Mostremos nuestros sentimientos como mostramos una sincera sonrisa.
None of these two examples are easy but we cannot escape them, so my dear readers who paused to read my reflection, it is up to us individually to take advantage of every moment of our lives to love and be loved. Let us show our feelings as we show a sincere smile.
No aplaces las cosas para después, porque no tenemos garantizado el mañana, construyamos momentos de alegría y seamos auténticos. Mostrando nuestros defectos pero más importantes aún nuestras virtudes. Seamos más conscientes de los momentos que vivimos y miremos a nuestro alrededor, se sorprenderá de cuánta ayuda puede brindar.
Don't put things off for later, because we are not guaranteed tomorrow, let's build moments of joy and be authentic. Showing our flaws but more importantly our virtues. Let's be more aware of the moments we live and look around us, you will be surprised how much help you can provide.
Así es, debemos aprender a vivir el ahora y disfrutar cada instante.

Desde el Proyecto Aliento lamentamos mucho la pérdida, es cierto que los cambios son difíciles de transitar, para muchos lo mejor es esperar que el tiempo pase, nunca dejarán de hacer falta esas personas que se van o se alejan de nosotros, pero el dolor será un poco más fácil de sobrellevar.
