Existía dilema en la decisión de llevar a mis padres a más que conocer disfrutar de las maravillas de la playa más conocida y visitada de cuba, varadero. El dilema consistía en que mis padres llevaban décadas divorciados por decisión personal y es franco de mi parte el respetar sus decisiones personales que dicho sea de paso no interfirió en nada en la buena crianza que me dieron ambos a pesar de cómo relato se hallan separados con vidas personales realizadas. Cumplido el sueño a mi madre quedaba el deber satisfactorio de llevar a mi padre a 3 días con 2 noches a conocer y disfrutar la mejor playa de cuba dicha por muchos con todos los gastos pagos.
The trip began with the preparation the day before of all the luggage that we would use during the stay at the hotel with all expenses included. In the morning before sunrise we left and in an encore we arrived at the collection point, where several would also occupy the transport that would take us to the spa, although not all of us would go to the same hotel. once the transport arrived, a youtong brand bus that still smelled new with air conditioning that completely removed you from the arduous sun and Caribbean heat that characterizes cuba. During the journey they played Cuban popular music on the screen that the bus brings for the enjoyment of those who travel.
El viaje comenzó con la preparación del día previo de todo del equipaje que utilizaríamos en la estancia en el hotel con todos los gastos incluidos. En la mañana antes de la salida del sol salimos y en un bis llegamos al punto de recogida, donde varios también ocuparían el transporte que nos llevaría al balneario, aunque no todos iríamos al mismo hotel. una vez llegado el transporte, un ómnibus marca youtong que aun olía a nuevo con un aire acondicionado que te alejaba completamente del arduo sol y calor caribeño que caracteriza a cuba. Durante el trayecto colocaron música popular cubana en la pantalla que trae dicho ómnibus para el disfrute de quienes se trasladan.
Once we arrived at the entrance of the hotel, my father and I were impressed by the beauty of the modern architecture that characterized the hotel where we would stay. A hotel located at the entrance of Varadero, with floors that rose above the fine white sand that characterizes Varadero. Once we arrived at the reception, we identified ourselves with the reservation tickets and they quickly placed the bracelet that identified us as all-inclusive guests at the hotel. We quickly went upstairs to leave our belongings in a beautiful elevator harmonized with the architectural novelties that characterize this hotel. When we arrived in front of the door of the room we laughed a lot because we did not know for sure how that door of the room was opened with the magnetic card that they had given us at reception, and we did not begin to apply the trial error method until at the Second time we tried if the door opened.
Una vez llegados a la entrada del hotel, mi padre y yo quedamos impresionados por lo bello de la arquitectura moderna que caracterizaba al hotel donde nos hospedaríamos. Un hotel ubicado en la entrada de varadero, con pisos que se elevaban sobre la fina y blanca arena que caracteriza a varadero. Una vez llegados a la recepción nos identificamos con los boletos de reservación y rápidamente nos colocaron la manilla que nos identificaba como huéspedes con todo incluido en el hotel. Rápidamente subimos a dejar nuestras pertenencias en un bonito ascensor armonizado con las novedades arquitectónicas que caracterizan dicho hotel. Al llegar frente a la puerta de la habitación nos reímos mucho pues no sabíamos a ciencia cierta como se abría aquella puerta de la habitación con la tarjeta magnética que nos habían dado en recepción, y nada comenzamos a aplicar el método prueba error hasta que a la segunda vez que intentamos si abrió la puerta.

Una vez dentro de la habitación y recorrida los limpios y bonitos espacios que la integraban nos cambiamos con atuendos de disfrute del mar y bajamos enseguida en dirección a la playa que desde la habitación se apreciaba en todo su esplendor armoniza y bella, no sin antes pasar por par de tragos tipo coctel que nos prepararon con todo gusto en el bar y de haber ingerido de las delicias que nos brindaron para nuestro disfrute.
The beach, if incredibly beautiful, could be seen from afar, but it left us in awe when we put our restless feet on it. A soft and neat white sand, bathed by the gentle waves of a turquoise blue sea that enchanted whoever appreciated it and although the climate of the month of March in which we were in full spring still reminded us of the winter months characterized by the Cold we took a welcome dip. The gua was so clear that you could see your feet even when you were up to your waist in water, without a doubt a real beach spectacle.
La playa si increíblemente bella se veía desde lejos mas en cantados nos dejo al poner nuestros inquietos pies sobre ella. Una arena blanca, suave y pulcra, bañada por las tenues olas de un mar azul turquesa que encantaba a quien la apreciara y aunque el clima del mes de marzo en el que nos hallábamos plena primavera aun recordaba al de los meses de invierno caracterizados por el frio nos dimos en chapuzón de bienvenida. El gua era tan clarita que se podían ver los pies aun estando con el agua por la cintura, sin dudas todo un espectáculo de playa.
The sun, the beach and the gastronomic offers reigned in the light of day but without a doubt the night also brought us its charms and that is that artistic groups delighted us with their respective shows full of Cuban and Caribbean flavor. One of them consisted of a group of synchronized swimming that, to the sound of music, performed choreographies of perfect synchronization that left us surprised at that skill of performing movements, a true show worthy of admiration. Singers also delighted us live with their interpretations of the wide national and international repertoire that invited us to get up and give their little dance, although in my case it was not my strong point and in the case of my father neither, but my own skill in the dance but the important thing was the contagious enjoyment of the moment that we all lived. Another of the night attractions consisted of a nightclub located at the top of the hotel, decorated with the most modern lighting effects and high-quality sound, where they played mostly techno and pop music that was most listened to worldwide and that was undoubtedly of the enjoyment of all nationals and foreigners who were in the premises, the disco also had a bar where dissimilar drinks and tropical cocktails were offered to the liking of the most demanding palates. Without a doubt, the atmosphere was one of the most pleasant and pleasant despite being shared by people from different countries and cultures of their country of origin.
El sol, la playa y las ofertas gastronómicas reinaban el la luz del día pero sin dudas la noche también nos traía sus encantos y es que grupos artísticos nos deleitaban con sus respectivos show llenos de cubanía y sabor caribeño. Uno de ellos consistía en un grupo de nado sincronizado que al son de la música realizaban coreografías de perfecta sincronización que nos dejaban sorprendidos ante aquella destreza de realización de movimientos, un verdadero espectáculo digno de admiración. También cantantes nos deleitaban en vivo con sus interpretaciones del amplio repertorio nacional e internacional que invitaban a levantarse y dar su bailesito, aunque en mi caso no fuera mi fuerte y en el caso de mi padre tampoco, pero que para nada importaba la destreza propia en el baile sino lo importante era lo contagioso del disfrute del momento que todos vivíamos. Otro de los atractivos nocturnos consistía en una discoteca localizada en la cima del hotel, ambientada con los más modernos efectos de luces y sonido de alta calidad, donde colocaban sobre todo música tecno y pop que más se escuchaban a nivel mundial y que sin duda era del disfrute de todos los nacionales y extranjeros que se encontraban en el local, también contaba la discoteca con un bar donde se ofertaban disimiles tragos y cocteles tropicales del agrado para los más exigentes paladares. Sin dudas el ambiente era de los más agradable y placentero a pesar de ser compartido por personas de diferentes países y culturas propias de su país de origen.
At the end of the stay at the hotel, we were picked up in a very comfortable sedan car that left us at the door of the house, with all our belongings and a great desire to repeat the adventure soon.
Culminada la estancia en el hotel nos recogieron en un auto sedan muy cómodo que nos dejo en la puerta de la casa, con todas nuestras pertenencias y unos amplios deseos de repetir la aventura pronto.

What a great thing you could fulfil this dream, to take your father on this travel, to Cuba! Sometimes it is not that important where we travel together with our family members but to enjoy the time together. But if a beautiful place and good company can be combined m then it is perfection!
