Después de mi blog anterior en donde les contaba sobre mi proceso en donde estuve lejos de Hive los últimos cuatro años, estuve en inactividad por una semana más. A diferencia de las veces anteriores sabía que volvería para hacer un update y para seguirlo intentando por acá.
After my previous blog where I told you about my process where I was away from Hive for the last four years, I was inactive for another week. Unlike the previous times I knew I would be back to do an update and to keep trying here.

Like anyone who leaves a place or spends a long time without doing something on a regular basis I feel rusty and out of practice, but come on, the good thing about a blog is that it is about writing things and connecting with people and at the end of the day it ends up being a great activity for the mind and brain, in fact, I would say that telling our experiences and processes must be extremely positive to sort ideas, thinking and to know ourselves from another point of view. It allows us to be storytellers.
Como cualquiera que se va de un lugar o pasa mucho tiempo sin hacer algo de forma regular me siento oxidado y fuera de practica, pero vamos, lo bueno de un blog es que se trata de escribir cosas y conectar con gente y al final del día termina siendo una actividad magnífica para la mente y el cerebro, de hecho, me atrevería a decir que el contar nuestras vivencias y procesos debe ser sumamente positivo para ordenar ideas, pensamiento y para conocernos desde otro punto de vista. Nos permite ser narradores.

Sin dar más vuelta al asunto, hoy es un buen día para hablarles de forma resumida sobre las tres cosas más importantes que he descubierto al volver a Hive este 2023. 👇
COMMUNITIES HAVE CHANGED
When I started the dynamics were different. I may remember it fondly myself as when I started writing on the Steemit blockchain in 2017 I barely knew about Cryptos and the blockchain. The same was true when Hive was launched and I felt like a young old man missing the old days and my way of doing things.
While I haven't written consistently over the last few years I have spent a lot of time looking at other creators and closely following the work of various communities that have shown me that a lot of things here have changed for the better.
The communities today are more solid and many of them have a giant commitment. I will bring you a post of my favorite communities later.
LAS COMUNIDADES HAN CAMBIADO
Cuando empecé la dinámica era diferente. Puede que yo mismo lo recuerde con cariño ya que cuando empecé a escribir en la blockchain de Steemit en 2017 apenas conocía a cerca de Cryptos y la cadena de bloques. Lo mismo sucedió cuando fue lanzado Hive y me sentía como un joven anciano extrañando los viejos tiempos y mi forma de hacer las cosas.
Si bien no he escrito de forma constante en los últimos años he dedicado mucho tiempo a mirar a otros creadores y seguir de cerca el trabajo de varias comunidades que me han demostrado que muchas cosas aquí han cambiado para bien.
Las comunidades hoy en día son más sólidas y muchas de ellas tienen un compromiso gigante. Ya luego les traeré un post de mis comunidades favoritas.
THERE IS MUCH MORE VIDEO CONTENT.
The global dominance of video in recent years is evident and as time goes by we can see it more clearly. We are becoming more and more immediate and our brains love video because it is dynamic. This has generated a wave of growth in the creation of video-related content on different platforms, it is incredible that Hive was no exception. The same goes for streaming, it has arrived and is surely here to stay. I am happy that all these tools and formats are within our reach and are part of our great little ecosystem.
I must confess that the static photo still has a special place in my heart, so I love Dapps like Iketu because they remind me of the kind of ephemeral blogger that social networks proposed around 2010, where with photos we could make small updates of someone's life or project together with a good text that could be consumed in the best way.

HAY MUCHO MÁS CONTENIDO EN VIDEO
El dominio mundial del vídeo en los últimos años es evidente y a medida que pasa el tiempo lo podemos ver de forma más clara. Cada vez somos más inmediatos y a nuestro cerebro le encanta el vídeo por el hecho de ser dinámico. Esto ha generado una oleada de crecimiento en la creación de contenidos relacionados al video en distintas plataformas, es increíble que Hive no fuera la excepción. Lo mismo sucede con el streaming, ha llegado y seguramente sea para quedarse. Me siento feliz de que todas estas herramientas y formatos estén a nuestro alcance y sean parte de nuestro pequeño gran ecosistema.
Debo confesar que la foto estática aún sigue teniendo una parte especial en mi corazón por lo que Dapps como Iketu me encantan ya que me recuerdan a tipo de blogger efímero que proponen las redes sociales alrededor de 2010 en donde con fotos podríamos hacer pequeños updates de la vida o el proyecto de alguien sumado a un buen texto que pudiera consumirlo de la mejor forma.

POSTS HAVE A DIFFERENT DYNAMIC
So between the transformation of the communities and the incorporation of new formats it was inevitable not to think that publications could have another dynamic. This is the reality and I love it.
Our community is big enough to self-educate itself and promote good things in a good way. The posts are becoming more and more dynamic and this is excellent. Obviously it always depends on the creator, how he/she writes, how he/she structures the post and more but I think that as users we have become great creators with more and more information and tools to create materials that can entertain, inform, educate or give us a pleasant time in a giant sea of information that despite having more and more content often lacks quality.
LOS POSTS TIENEN OTRA DINÁMICA
Así que entre la transformación de las comunidades y la incorporación de nuevos formatos era inevitable no pensar que las publicaciones podrían tener otra dinámica. Esta es la realidad y me encanta.
Nuestra comunidad es lo suficientemente grande como para auto educarse y potenciar las buenas cosas de una buena forma. Los posts cada vez son más dinámicos y esto es excelente. Obviamente siempre depende del creador, del cómo escriba, cómo estructura el post y más pero creo que como usuarios nos hemos ido transformando en grandes creadores con cada vez más información y herramientas para crear materiales que puedan entretener, informar, educar o regalarnos un rato ameno en un mar de información gigante que cada vez a pesar de tener más y más contenido muchas veces carece de calidad.
