Hola, mi nombre es Joseline, soy de Venezuela vivo en Ciudad Bolívar.. Desde niña siempre fui muy tímida y algo callada, me costaba socializar y sólo me gustaba jugar sola o con mis mascotas, pero con el paso del tiempo fui descubriendo que podía hacer cosas increíbles, y despertó en mi "Arte" en diferentes sentidos.
Me gusta mucho dibujar, pintar y hacer manualidades, es por eso que decidí estudiar Diseño gráfico, gracias a esa carrera aprendí a editar y hacer más creativa.
Hello, my name is Joseline, I am from Venezuela, I live in Ciudad Bolívar. Since I was a child I was always very shy and somewhat quiet, it was difficult for me to socialize and I only liked to play alone or with my pets, but over time I discovered that I could do amazing things, and woke up in my "Art" in different ways.
I really like to draw, paint and do crafts, that's why I decided to study Graphic Design, thanks to that career I learned to edit and be more creative.

Estudié en la Universidad Antonio José de Sucre, fue una gran etapa en mi vida tuve los mejores compañeros, me ayudaron a no tener miedo de expresarme ante los demás, cada uno de ellos tenía diferentes habilidades y con eso hacíamos un gran equipo. Un día se me ocurrió hacer un pastel para compartir con ellos, yo nunca había tocado la cocina sólo le pregunté a mi madre como podía hacerla y ella me dio una receta suya, la hice y disfrute mucho al prepararla, y para mi sorpresa fue todo un éxito.. Así que todos me dijeron ¡deberías hacer más para vender! entonces comencé a vender y eso me ayudó mucho, me sentía feliz por que gracias a esa idea ahora también soy Repostera.
I studied at the Antonio José de Sucre University, it was a great stage in my life, I had the best classmates, they helped me not to be afraid to express myself before others, each one of them had different abilities and with that we made a great team. One day it occurred to me to make a cake to share with them, I had never touched the kitchen, I just asked my mother how I could make it and she gave me her recipe, I made it and I really enjoyed preparing it, and to my surprise it was all a success.. So everyone told me you should do more to sell! so I started selling and that helped me a lot, I was happy because thanks to that idea I am now also a confectioner.
Pero no fue nada fácil, a sido un camino largo de varios intentos fallidos hasta poder conseguir buenos resultados. Sin embargo nunca me rendi, aunque lo pensé mucho, ¿será esto lo que quiero toda mi vida? pero después de graduarme abandone todos esos proyectos y me dediqué a mi nueva familia.
But it was not easy at all, it has been a long road of several failed attempts until good results were achieved. However I never gave up, although I thought about it a lot, is this what I want all my life? but after graduating I abandoned all those projects and dedicated myself to my new family.
Después de 3 años decidí volver a la repostería, fue como empezar de nuevo, muchas cosas habían cambiado, literalmente tenía que practicar otra vez, nuevas recetas, decoraciones y batallar con una gran competencia de nuevos emprendedores, sentí algo de miedo y frustración de no poder lograrlo, pero me motivaban mis clientes con el hecho de saber que quedaban satisfechos con mi trabajo.

After 3 years I decided to go back to baking, it was like starting over, many things had changed, I literally had to practice again, new recipes, decorations and battle with a great competition from new entrepreneurs, I felt some fear and frustration of not to be able to achieve it, but I was motivated by my clients knowing that they were satisfied with my work.

Tengo un gran esposo el cual a sido mi apoyo desde el principio y un hermoso hijo su nombre es Mathias y tiene 4 añitos, el es mi mayor inspiración de vez en cuando me ayuda un poco a preparar tortas, le encanta batir y es el mejor catador de todos. Su postre favorito son las galletas si le preparo una bandeja las debo esconder así no las acaba en un día.
I have a great husband who has been my support from the beginning and a beautiful son his name is Mathias and he is 4 years old, he is my greatest inspiration from time to time he helps me a little to prepare cakes, he loves to beat and he is the best taster of all His favorite dessert is cookies, if I prepare a tray for him I have to hide them so he doesn't finish them in one day.
Todavía me falta mejorar, pero siempre trato de hacer mi mayor esfuerzo, y e creado mis propias recetas y también me gusta diseñar y personalizar todas mis tortas. No planee ser respostera, sucedio por casualidad y aunque me hubiese gustado dedicarme más a mi carrera, tuve que enfrentarme a la realidad de mi país, ya que un sólo trabajo aquí no es suficiente así que tome la decisión de combinar ambos y aqui sigo buscando un sueño emprendedor. En un futuro me gustaría dedicarme a nuevos proyectos pero por ahora seguiré haciendo lo que me gusta.
I still need to improve, but I always try to do my best, and I have created my own recipes and I also like to design and customize all my cakes. I did not plan to be a pastry chef, it happened by chance and although I would have liked to dedicate myself more to my career, I had to face the reality of my country, since a single job here is not enough so I made the decision to combine both and here I am still looking an entrepreneurial dream. In the future I would like to dedicate myself to new projects but for now I will continue doing what I like.
