Bienvenido a mi Vida - Welcome to my life
Hola comunidad Aliento, soy nueva en el mundo de Hive, y vengo a hablar un poco de mi. Soy de un país al norte de América del Sur, familia linda, comprensiva con sus altos y bajos como todas las familias pero son mi pilar para continuar y esforzarme en ser mejor cada día, como pueden visualizar en la descripción de mi perfil, soy voluntaria en una ONHG, aquellas personas que no manejan este tipo de acrónimos, significa Organización No Gubernamental de carácter Humanitario, pertenezco a esta organización, mejor conocida como un Movimiento Internacional desde hace 4 años. Pertenecer a dicho movimiento ha cambiado mi vida de una forma increíble, tanto en el ámbito personal como el laboral, me ha permitido conocerme mas a mi misma y saber el camino que quiero forjar para mi vida, he conocido personas maravillosas en este trayecto los cuales considero unos guías, aunque muchos no formen parte de mi vida actualmente, siempre tendrán un espacio en mi corazón ya que los recuerdos son eternos. En otras publicaciones contare sobre mis diversas experiencias en lo que en el mundo del voluntariado respecta.
Hello Aliento community, I am new in the world of Hive, and I come to talk a little about me. I am from a country in the north of South America, nice family, understanding with its ups and downs like all families but they are my pillar to continue and strive to be better every day, as you can see in the description of my profile, I am a volunteer in an ONHG, those who do not handle this type of acronym, means Non-Governmental Organization of Humanitarian character, I belong to this organization, better known as an International Movement for 4 years. Belonging to this movement has changed my life in an incredible way, both personally and at work, it has allowed me to know myself better and to know the path I want to forge for my life, I have met wonderful people in this journey which I consider guides, although many are not part of my life now, they will always have a place in my heart because the memories are eternal. In other publications I will tell about my diverse experiences in the world of volunteering.
Esta imagen es una de mis favoritas y al mismo tiempo una de las mas tristes. Fue un 26 de junio cuando por primera vez done sangre y fue un 27 de junio el día que mi vida cambio.

Actualmente, soy coordinadora de uno de los programas activos en el movimiento, cuyo enfoque del mismo es el del restablecer y mantener los lazos familiares, de lo cual me siento sumamente orgullosa porque fue un logro que no vi venir, algo inesperado que le dio otro giro y un avance grande a mi vida.
Currently, I am the coordinator of one of the active programs in the movement, whose focus is to restore and maintain family ties, of which I am extremely proud because it was an achievement that I did not see coming, something unexpected that gave another turn and a big step forward in my life.
También ejerzo como trabajadora en el cargo de operadora en la línea única para emergencia de mi país, en el estado donde habito, donde a pesar de ser un tiempo corto en el que he estado ahí he conocido a gente encantadora. En la misma he llegado a laborar en las dos salas activas exclusivamente para operadores, tenemos la de "Video Vigilancia", que como su nombre lo indica no es mas que el monitoreo de cámaras de vigilancia colocadas en puntos estratégicos de nuestro estado y donde reportamos cualquier suceso que visualicemos y también contamos con la sala de "Atención y Despacho", aquí es donde sucede la verdadera acción, aquí recibimos en un período de 24 horas (que es el tiempo que dura nuestro turno o guardia) todas las llamadas de emergencias o aquellos sucesos que la comunidad quiera reportar, dependiendo de la prioridad del caso este es enviado directamente al área de despacho en donde los operadores de esta área se encargan de comunicarse con los organismos competentes para indicarles la emergencia que esta pasando (hago referencia a aquellas emergencias que no pueden esperar), tenemos aquellas emergencias que por sus características son redactadas y enviadas al área de despecho de una forma mas lenta.
I also work as an operator in the single line for emergency in my country, in the state where I live, where despite being a short time I have been there I have met lovely people. In the same I have come to work in the two active rooms exclusively for operators, we have the "Video Surveillance", which as its name suggests is nothing more than the monitoring of surveillance cameras placed at strategic points of our state and where we report any event that we see and we also have the room "Attention and Dispatch", this is where the real action happens, here we receive in a period of 24 hours (which is the time that lasts our shift or guard) all emergency calls or those events that the community wants to report, Depending on the priority of the case it is sent directly to the dispatch area where the operators of this area are in charge of communicating with the competent agencies to indicate the emergency that is happening (I refer to those emergencies that can not wait), we have those emergencies that due to their characteristics are written and sent to the dispatch area in a slower way.
Como les menciones anteriormente he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar en ambas salas, monitoreando cámaras así como atendiendo las llamadas que entran a la línea y tratar directamente con el usuario que nos necesita. Tengo muchas anécdotas con respecto a llamadas que he recibido que dejare para otras publicaciones también.

As I mentioned before I have had the opportunity to work in both rooms, monitoring cameras as well as answering the calls that come into the line and dealing directly with the user that needs us. I have many anecdotes regarding calls I have received that I will leave for other publications as well.
If I keep writing more about these aspects of my life, I guess I would never finish writing. Thank you for your time in reading me.
