Quiero compartir con ustedes, este día tan especial para mí; mi cumpleaños #25, fue hace días, exactamente el 8 de abril, y de verdad me lleno de mucha alegría ver lo que mis seres queridos habían organizado para ese día, pues me habían hecho pensar que no podíamos salir, ni hacer nada, ya que ellos estaban sumamente ocupados y yo pues pensaba que sería un día totalmente normal, pues era un lunes y la mayoría de los negocios se toman ese día para descansar.
por suerte, días atrás yo había mencionado frente a ellos, mi deseo de comer cachapa (es una comida venezolana), pues tenia mucho tiempo sin degustar una, así como a mi me encanta, con queso, jamón, carne y pollo y al mismo tiempo que les comentaba eso, entre a Instagram y justamente me apareció un lugar que es muy famoso aquí en mi ciudad por sus cachapas (a veces siento que mis redes sociales escuchan todo lo que hablo, ya que luego me aparecen por coincidencia), pero pues nunca antes lo habíamos visitado, aunque si había escuchado que lo mencionaran como “las famosas cachapas de la machiri”.

I want to share with you, this day so special for me; my birthday #25, was days ago, exactly on April 8th, and it really filled me with joy to see what my loved ones had organized for that day, because they had made me think that we could not go out, or do anything, as they were extremely busy and I thought it would be a totally normal day, because it was a Monday and most businesses take that day to rest.
Luckily, days ago I had mentioned in front of them, my desire to eat cachapa (it is a Venezuelan food), because I had a long time without tasting one, just as I love it, with cheese, ham, meat and chicken and at the same time I told them about it, I went to Instagram and just happened to see a place that is very famous here in my city for its cachapas (sometimes I feel that my social networks listen to everything I talk about, since they appear to me by coincidence), but we had never visited it before, although I had heard it mentioned as "the famous cachapas de la machiri".
Entonces ese día, Sali de mi trabajo, me dirigí a casa y para mi sorpresa me dijeron: arréglate rápido, vamos a cenar por tu cumpleaños, ¡¡el sitio que mencionaste de las cachapas, está abierto hoy!!... Además, me esperaban con un pastel de mis favoritos; sinceramente derritieron mi corazón y por supuesto mis ánimos subieron de un 30% a un 100%.
Incluso me dieron unos pequeños detalles como regalo, todos fueron accesorios, pues ya saben que a mi me encanta usarlos con los diferentes outfits que uso, así que más perfecto no podía ser… Les confieso que tenía muchos años que no recibía una sorpresa así y mucho menos que en un cumpleaños recibiera regalos, casi siempre solo era el pastel; que por cierto claro que agradezco cualquier cosa, por muy mínima que sea, pues el simple hecho de que alguien más, (aparte de mi) recuerde mi cumpleaños, ya con eso es el mayor obsequio que puedo recibir.
So that day, I left work, headed home and to my surprise they told me: get ready quickly, we are going to have dinner for your birthday, the place you mentioned about the cachapas, is open today!!!.... Also, they were waiting for me with a cake of my favorites; they sincerely melted my heart and of course my spirits went up from 30% to 100%.
They even gave me some little details as a gift, all of them were accessories, as you know I love to use them with the different outfits I wear, so it couldn't be more perfect... I confess that I hadn't received a surprise like this for many years and much less on a birthday I received gifts, it was almost always just the cake; which of course I appreciate anything, no matter how small it is, because the simple fact that someone else (besides me) remembers my birthday, that's the greatest gift I can receive.
