Para mí los hivers deben de ser creativos y trabajar con temas que a ellos les gusten ya que a la hora de hablar sobre ellos deben hacerlo lo mejor posible, un tema puede ser aburrido pero si se hace con amor y pasión puede convertirse en un tema muy interesante.
What do you think hivers should look like
For me hivers should be creative and work with topics that they like because when talking about them they should do their best, a topic can be boring but if it is done with love and passion it can become a very interesting topic.
Por ejemplo de mi parte digo que me gusta hablar de diferentes temas, no soy del tipo de hivers que se enfocará en una sola cosa mi metas es crecer en la plataforma pero no hablando de una sola cosa. Los hivers que manejan diferentes temas son más interesantes porque así cuando vemos una publicación nos da curiosidad leerla en cambio un hivers que hable de un tema específico ya al ver la publicación sabemos de qué trata y así ya no nos da curiosidad leerlo.
For example from my side I say that I like to talk about different topics, I am not the type of hivers that will focus on one thing only, my goal is to grow in the platform but not talking about one thing only. The hivers that deal with different topics are more interesting because when we see a publication we are curious to read it instead a hivers that talks about a specific topic and when we see the publication we know what it is about and so we are not curious to read it.
Otra cosa que debe tener cada hivers es compañerismo ese compañerismo para ayudar a los demás, si alguien comete un error debemos ayudarlo y corregirlo ya que esas personas egoístas es verdad podrán crecer pero de que vale estar arriba si no apoyamos a los demás, la idea es lograr de pasar nuestras enseñanzas a los demás para así poder ayudar a otros.
Another thing that every hivers must have is companionship that companionship to help others, if someone makes a mistake we must help him and correct it because those selfish people may grow but what good is it to be up if we do not support others, the idea is to pass our teachings to others so we can help others.

El crecimiento de nosotros dependerá de de cada uno, al principio muchos ven a #hive como un pasatiempo y a ellos les cuesta un poco más crecer en cambio cuando cambiemos nuestra mentalidad y comencemos a ver qué #hive no es solo un pasatiempo si no un instrumento de trabajo donde podemos realizar cualquier tipo de contenido y es reconocido monetareamete es ahí donde comenzará nuestro crecimiento.
