Mi nombre es milagros Cristina Reyes zapata, estudié educación porqué era mi sueño dar clases a niños pero por ciertas circunstancias de la vida me faltaron dos semestres para graduarme, tengo 29 años de edad, venezolana, soy ama de casa tengo un hijo y actualmente estoy casada, resido Cartagena, Colombia debido a que nos tocó migrar.
No fue nada sencillo para mí ya que desde el año 2016 fuy diagnosticada con artritis reumatoidea a muy temprana edad y desde ese momento mi vida se desmoronó pasé de estar muy bien de salud y ser independiente a estar triste y hasta caí en una grave depresión ya que los médicos te dicen de forma muy directa "la enfermedad no tiene cura y debes aprender a vivir con ella" mi hijo apenas tenía un año, sentía que no podía seguir viviendo así, la artritis me había quitado la felicidad, tuve que volver a casa de mi mamá ya que nosotros estábamos en otro Estado, me tocó dejar a mi esposo allí por su trabajo no fue fácil y no era lo mismo, pero siempre él estaba al pendiente del niño y de mi, mi situación se empeoraba con el tiempo ya que los medicamentos que te mandan no se conseguían al menos los más importantes, en el año 2018 quedé postrada en cama mientras pasaban los días me hundía más en mi dolor y rabia con la vida, sin animos de nada la vida siguió, mi esposo iba cuando podía y así llegó el 2020 y mi esposo decidió quedarse conmigo, me puse en tratamiento, el estaba pendiente de todo, de llevarme al médico, buscarme los medicamentos y así poco a poco empecé con la terapia en mis piernas y brazos hasta que un día me pude parar y dar mis primero pasos nuevamente, con mucho dolor pero logré estar de pie otra vez. Desde entonces me propuse a hacer todo lo posible por mejorar cada vez más, ahora que ya estoy un poco mejor y que ya camino y puedo hacer los quehaceres del hogar sola, me encantaría retomar mis pasatiempos favoritos, soy fan de estar innovando y probando cosas, me gusta aprender cada día algo nuevo, gastronomía, nuevas culturas, en fin muchas cosas, en el futuro me encantaría tener mi propio emprendimiento de creación de postres y así ayudar a los que más lo necesiten.

It was not easy for me because since 2016 I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at a very young age and from that moment my life fell apart I went from being very healthy and independent to being sad and even fell into a serious depression because doctors tell you very directly "the disease has no cure and you must learn to live with it" my son was just a year old, I felt I could not continue living like that, arthritis had taken away my happiness, I had to return to my mother's house since we were in another state, I had to leave my husband there because of his work, it was not easy and it was not the same, but he was always looking after the child and me, my situation was getting worse with time since the medicines they send you were not available, at least the most important ones, in 2018 I was bedridden while the days passed I was sinking more in my pain and anger with life, Without encouragement of anything life went on, my husband went when he could and so came 2020 and my husband decided to stay with me, I put myself in treatment, he was pending of everything, to take me to the doctor, find me the medicines and so little by little I started with the therapy in my legs and arms until one day I could stand up and take my first steps again, with a lot of pain but I managed to stand up again. Since then I decided to do everything possible to improve more and more, now that I am a little better and I can walk and do the housework alone, I would love to resume my favorite hobbies, I am a fan of innovating and trying things, I like to learn something new every day, gastronomy, new cultures, in short many things, in the future I would love to have my own business creating desserts and thus help those who need it most.
