Mi nombre es Noris Rodríguez, soy Licenciada en Administración Comercial graduada en la Universidad Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA), con Postgrado de Especialista en Gerencia Mención Empresarial (UCLA), Auditor Líder de Calidad ISO 9000, con Diplomado de Auditoría en la UCLA y Diplomado de Formación Socialista para Directivos en la Vicepresidencia de la República de Venezuela de Producción y Servicios y del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Ciencia y Tecnología, con formación gerencial en el Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA).
Mis conocimientos y experiencias, principalmente, se enfocan en las áreas de Planificación y Presupuesto, Formulación y Ejecución de Proyectos de Inversión, Convenios Nacionales e Internacionales, Procesos Aduaneros, Administración (Compras, Contabilidad, Tesorería, Bienes Nacionales, Servicios Generales), Gestión Humana (Recursos Humanos), Auditoría de Gestión de la Calidad, Auditoría Interna y Externa. Manejo de sistemas informáticos administrativos, operativos y parafiscales.
Actualmente estoy jubilada, no obstante, continúo activa profesionalmente mediante el libre ejercicio de la profesión, además de ello, soy una persona muy creativa y aplicada, realizo dibujos, pinto, hago todo tipo de manualidades, arreglos y decoraciones para eventos, originales y personalizados, realizo cortes de cabellos para damas y caballeros, aplico tintes, secado, planchado, todo lo referente a la peluquería, incluyendo manicure y pedicura, diseño y confecciono prendas de vestir para mi núcleo familiar; y por supuesto, también soy la gerente del hogar, o sea “ama de casa”. Pero no todo en mi vida es trabajo, me gusta bailar, ir a la playa, ver películas, oir buena música, mi artista preferido es Marco Antonio Solís.
Soy la mama de @joheredia21 y @mclarenf11, mis hijos maravillosos quienes son mi razón de ser y mi más grande orgullo.
Y si se preguntan si soy “abuela”, pues sí, aunque no quería serlo tan pronto, cuando tenía 57 años de edad, nació mi nieta Camila, una niña encantadora y súper genial, mi locura de amor; por ahora es mi única nieta y me hace muy feliz.
Las cuatro generaciones: mi mamá, mi hijo, mi nieta y yo.
Tengo una familia maravillosa, mis padres, aunque no contaban con los medios, nos dieron a sus hijos lo mejor, educación y su ejemplo, con valores de unión, bondad, disciplina, compañerismo, respeto, honestidad y sobre todo mucho amor. Mi mamá, que hoy en día tiene 94 años y sufre de Alzheimer, era la generala de la familia, el más relajado era mi papá, quien partió de este mundo el 18 de Octubre de 2017, a sus 83 años de edad. Mi papá siempre bromeaba con mi mamá diciéndole que él era 5 años menor que ella para hacerla enojar y por ello mi mamá nos decía a mi hermana y a mí que no nos casáramos con hombres menores que nosotras; y adivinen qué pasó, sí … lo adivinaron, mi hermana se casó con un hombre un 11 meses menor que ella y yo con uno 7 meses menor que yo, y por supuesto estos esposos siempre se jactaban de que ellos eran menores que nosotras. Mi esposo, hoy es mi exesposo, y mi hermana aun está felizmente casada con su esposo y todavía sigue bromeando que es menor que ella.

Durante mi infancia viví con mi linda e increíble familia, conformada por mi mamá, mi papa y sus 5 hijos, 3 varones y dos mujeres, nuestra niñez fue muy extremadamente feliz, jugábamos, estudiábamos, paseábamos, bailábamos; mis lindos padres nos hicieron hombres y mujeres de bien, profesionales y personas fuera de serie, que hemos transmitido nuestros valores a nuestros hijos y nietos.
Un dato curioso, que siempre llama la atención de quienes nos conocen, es que en mi casa materna no se decían groserías o malas palabras, mis padres no las decían y nosotros seguíamos ese modelo, y así seguimos hoy en día y nuestros hijos se criaron de igual forma. A mi en la escuela mis compañeros de clase me hacían bullying, que en esa época se decía “se metían conmigo”, ofreciéndome dinero para que dijera alguna “mala palabra”, nunca gané nada porque nunca me presté a ello.
Además de mis padres, yo quería y admiraba enormemente a mi maestra de cuarto grado de primaria, que me dio clases desde cuarto hasta sexto año; como yo era muy pequeña (de tamaño), ella me consentía y me sentaba al lado de su escritorio y siempre me daba golosinas, esas atenciones especiales, me decía ella, que eran porque yo era una niña muy educada, muy inteligente, responsable, estudiosa, que se portaba muy bien, pero yo sabía que era por mi estatura!!!, aunque todo eso era cierto.
Ya de adolescente, igualmente, en mis estudios fui una estudiante sobresaliente, practiqué durante muchos años voleibol, llegando a participar en los juegos estadales del Estado Lara, y así transcurrió mi vida, me gradué, me casé, tuve un hijo, me divorcié, seguí estudiando posgrado, me gradué, surgió una nueva relación amorosa que perdura hasta los momentos, tuve mi segundo hijo y trabajé mucho en varias empresas, con un alto grado de responsabilidad y calidad, fui una trabajadora abnegada, a veces me tocaba viajar mucho por la naturaleza de los cargos y trabajos desempeñados, dejando a mis hijos al cuidado, principalmente de sus abuelas, esas maravillosas mujeres que adoraban a sus nietos, su amor incondicional, eso es lo que yo más valoro, quienes me ayudaron y apoyaron mientras yo trabajaba para que no les faltara nada a mis hijos y poder ayudar a mi familia, incluyendo a mis hermanos, a mis sobrinas y sobrinos.
Era una época de bonanza en Venezuela donde el salario y las remuneraciones recibidas por concepto del trabajo era digno y alcanzaba para todo, inclusive para salir de vacaciones; da nostalgia, la realidad es que yo trabajé duro, pero aproveché esa época de la llamada ”vacas gordas”, que ya pasó y de ella quedan las inversiones y los recuerdos.
Mi familia
Luego de contar, en un corto resumen, mi vida de amor y dolor, veo una ventana de múltiples oportunidades en la era digital, la diversidad de aspectos o temas donde una persona puede seguir aprendiendo y puede aportar de sus conocimientos, es por ello que ahora quiero incursionar en otro campo, como el que ofrece el Ecosistema de HIVE.

I am currently retired, however, I continue active professionally through the free exercise of the profession, in addition to this, I am a very creative and applied person, I make drawings, paint, make all kinds of crafts, arrangements and decorations for events, original and personalized, I make haircuts for ladies and gentlemen, apply dyes, drying, ironing, everything related to hairdressing, including manicure and pedicure, design and make clothes for my family; and of course, I am also the manager of the home, or "housewife". But not everything in my life is work, I like to dance, go to the beach, watch movies, listen to good music, my favorite artist is Marco Antonio Solis.
I am the mother of @joheredia21 and @mclarenf11, my wonderful children who are my reason for being and my greatest pride. And if you are wondering if I am a "grandmother", well yes, although I didn't want to be one so soon, when I was 57 years old, my granddaughter Camila was born, a lovely and super cool girl, my crazy love; for now she is my only granddaughter and she makes me very happy.

I have a wonderful family, my parents, although they did not have the means, they gave their children the best, education and their example, with values of union, kindness, discipline, companionship, respect, honesty and above all a lot of love. My mom, who today is 94 years old and suffers from Alzheimer's, was the general of the family, the most relaxed was my dad, who departed this world on October 18, 2017, at 83 years of age. My dad would always joke with my mom telling her that he was 5 years younger than her to make her mad and so my mom would tell my sister and I not to marry men younger than us; and guess what happened, yes...you guessed it, my sister married a man 11 months younger than her and I married a man 7 months younger than me, and of course these husbands always bragged that they were younger than us. My husband, today is my ex-husband, and my sister is still happily married to her husband and still keeps joking that he is younger than her.

During my childhood I lived with my beautiful and incredible family, made up of my mom, my dad and their 5 children, 3 boys and two girls, our childhood was very extremely happy, we played, studied, walked, danced; my beautiful parents made us good men and women, professionals and people out of series, we have transmitted our values to our children and grandchildren.
A curious fact, which always attracts the attention of those who know us, is that in my mother's house there was no swearing or bad words, my parents did not say them and we followed that model, and so we continue today and our children were raised in the same way. At school my classmates used to bully me, which at that time was called "picking on me", offering me money to say a "bad word", I never earned anything because I never lent myself to it.
Besides my parents, I loved and greatly admired my fourth grade elementary school teacher, who taught me from fourth to sixth grade; as I was very small (in size), she spoiled me and sat me next to her desk and always gave me treats, those special attentions, she told me, were because I was a very polite, very intelligent, responsible, studious girl, who behaved very well, but I knew it was because of my height!!!, although all that was true.
As a teenager, in my studies I was also an outstanding student, I practiced volleyball for many years, even participating in the state games of Lara State, and so went my life, I graduated, got married, had a son, got divorced, continued studying postgraduate, I graduated, a new love relationship arose that lasts until now, I had my second child and worked a lot in several companies, with a high degree of responsibility and quality, I was a selfless worker, sometimes I had to travel a lot due to the nature of the positions and jobs performed, leaving my children in the care, mainly of their grandmothers, those wonderful women who adored their grandchildren, their unconditional love, that is what I value most, who helped and supported me while I worked so that my children would not lack anything and could help my family, including my siblings, my nieces and nephews.
It was a time of bonanza in Venezuela where the salary and remuneration received for work was decent and was enough for everything, even to go on vacation; it gives nostalgia, the reality is that I worked hard, but I took advantage of that time of the so-called "fat cows", which has passed and from it remain the investments and memories.

After telling, in a short summary, my life of love and pain, I see a window of multiple opportunities in the digital era, the diversity of aspects or topics where a person can continue to learn and can contribute their knowledge, which is why now I want to venture into another field, such as that offered by the HIVE Ecosystem.
