Hello my Hive friends, we are here in podcast number 3 of "Despertando Ando" in a podcast sequence that seeks to help and contribute to all, as it relates to the awakening of consciousness expansion and personal growth.

So today I have decided to share with you: "The Thieves Of Time" and to this, I want to refer specifically to those circumstances and attitudes that we have, towards time to say: "I don't have time", "I'm not training, because I don't have time." "I am not generating more income because I don't have time" and any number of pretexts and excuses, that we are saying, based on, "I don't have time" and it turns out we all have the same 24 hours; no matter who you are. On this planet you will always have the same 24 hours so that is where the importance of managing this time comes from, this valuable resource in this life experience to be able to: "get the things you want" "achieve success" and so it is that I list 12 time thieves that carry an attitude and characteristics towards time and will allow you as in this case I share it for my own experience has allowed me to improve my time management improve my productivity and achieve several of the objectives, much remains for me to perfect just let's go talking about each one and there comments briefly so that the podcast is not too long what I have experienced then it is not enough time we have little time.

Well really the first thief of time is: "The lack of organization and planning"; yes, planning only takes 10 to 15 minutes and those minutes will guarantee you very good results, you will even get time for recreation; stick to the planning you did and you will see amazing results. It is a thief of time not to plan, to sit down and start thinking: what will I do today? Planning is minutes that are worth gold, worth a lot and I guarantee they will allow you to achieve results.

Another time thief is: "The improper use of your productive schedule" you have a schedule obviously of the 24 hours you must allocate at least a few hours to sleep, I know this varies greatly from person to person, in my case, I know of people who only sleep in 4 hours and that time is enough for them.

But, in my case, I sleep during the night, about 7 hours, and then during the day I also take a nap, which helps me to energize. Sometimes I do a meditation, which allows me to pause and get energized, what I am looking for is to pause and I get it with a meditation.

And that is precisely what those other activities are all about, that within your production schedule within that schedule you do things that positively impact other activities.

For the benefit of your consciousness, for your mind, and your body then prioritizes those activities and allows them to do their own thing to positively impact others and then dedicate the rest of the time to the others then.

Let's go with the third thief of time which is "Do not do the important first and do the urgent" to do important will allow you to achieve goals, but attending to the urgent, does not guarantee progress, as the pressure and stress of these activities in which you share yourself as a firefighter putting out a fire, are usually daily and routine, keep your focus, what is important will generate results.

Example: I am going to create the content that I am going to publish, that is the important thing, but then the urgent thing comes up as an example: some faucet in the bathroom was damaged and I have to repair it or I have to go out to do some quick shopping, then well I better go fast and come back and when they come I do it and so I am postponing something important for urgent things and it happens the day passes and the important thing for having been postponing and postponing I did not do it. So it is interesting how we must discern the important from the urgent and postpone the urgent and dedicate ourselves to the important, since experience shows that the important sometimes takes even less time than we thought, so do not procrastinate, and do not downplay the importance of important things, I do this later ...

Experience shows that what is important takes even less time than we thought, so do not procrastinate.

With the fourth time thief very interesting and which is very trite is used much as a pretext is "procrastination", and I want to separate it from the previous one because procrastination, is very badly used, in the development and personal growth, it is badly used to leave for tomorrow what can be done today.

It has no excuses, it is simply misused procrastination, stop using procrastination as an excuse for not doing what is important. Check the reason for procrastination; most likely it is something important and with a little excuse you are leaving it for later. Example: I am not going to record the podcast because I will wait for the microphone to be lent to me, so I can record with better sound quality. So until they lend it to me I'm just going to leave it, that's an excuse. The important thing is to fulfill the podcast. There are many ways to filter the noise, many ways to achieve good sound quality, and handle yourself with the resources you already have this is carried to any segment of life. If you have to exercise, you're not going to procrastinate until you have a bike. You're not procrastinating, you're excusing yourself not to do it. Stop using procrastination as an excuse to put off important projects and important things that will give you a sense of accomplishment.

Let's go then with the fifth time thief: Not having defined objectives, if you may have a plan, but that plan does not lead you to your objectives, or you lack objectives to develop a plan based on them.

Today I managed, of the ten things I had planned, I did two, which represents 20% according to your agenda. However, you have to review well, because it may have been a very productive day anyway, give merit and review your goals and that your agenda is oriented to your goals. Achieving productivity may overload you with a large number of activities, and you may feel frustrated to say that you only manage to get 20-30% of your schedule done. If you want to be a productive person, review each of the activities you estimate and plan a time that is in line with your accomplishments. And if you can reduce this number of activities I am sure your effectiveness will improve.

Another time thief, the sixth, it is extremely common to want to do many things in parallel, but trying to do more things increases your stress and reduces your effectiveness, you will feel more frustrated at the end of the day, you may have started 5 activities or 7, or 10 and in the day you did not manage to finish any, when in previous planning and as a series. So you do something, you focus on it and you finish it and then you go with another one and you manage to do for example 2 and 3.

The seventh thief of time, is "Procrastinating decisions" not to be confused with procrastinating, because decisions lead us to take action, and stop to think about the pros and cons of a decision, we can stop and frustrate us by causing delay, Decide and act, it is better to have a small result, not to have started.

Wasting time with the eighth thief of time, is "Worrying too much about the results" you are worrying so much, what could happen? It has a lot to do with what we were talking about at the beginning regarding the number of activities you plan, if you plan 10 and constantly spends the prudential time for example 10 days, it turns out that every day you manage to complete two or three activities and you say my productivity is very low, I only achieve 20 to 30% of daily productivity based on my activities, check how much excess you are placing of activities and there is no perfect time, there is not a single moment, there are excuses that make you stress more and that increase the attention on the activities and cause stress. Creating too high expectations, is detrimental, check that time thief.

The ninth time thief is to say yes to everyone, allowing other people to interfere in your planning is very negative for your objectives. Here we must learn to say "No" something that has worked for me, is to list the things I am doing and the things I will do next and once I finish, I can attend to something that is not in my planning.

Support yourself with another colleague with another person in the team because these are priorities that I have for today thus be transparent in managing your agenda and avoid other people introducing activities. So saying: yes, to everything will not bring you good results.

Let's go then to the tenth time thief: "Not sleeping well" is also a time thief, since it prevents you from being awake and attentive. And you can focus your energy on the projects that require it. Being sleepy and at 50% of your energy, believe me, will not allow you to be very productive. So focus on making good planning AND respect your sleep hours which are extremely valuable and learn to rest.

Here I go with the eleventh-time thief and they are: "Notifications on the phone", Yes, there are already studies that have proven, once you get out of a state of concentration, it will take you 20 minutes to return to that same point of concentration.

My suggestion is to silence all notifications, I did it and removed all notifications from all social networking applications and I look at the phone when I decide to, it has been a fabulous experience, and I recommend it.

The last time thief is: "Having too many browser windows open", each one pending because I want to do such and such, I have to check this project, I want to check this cryptocurrency, I want to answer emails and this one looks a lot like the previous one, however, it's the web version, the computer version then, be attentive. And if you need it, you'll open it again, but it's a lie, "I'm not going to close it because that's how I keep it present" and it turns out, you're there spending your energy on something that you probably won't do and it's just a distraction.

p> proper management of your time, I guarantee, will allow you to get to enjoy free hours and you will be amazed at your productivity and how your leisure time grows, improves your quality of life, and, above all, very importantly, stress decreases. So take into account these twelve-time thieves.

I hope this podcast will be of contribution, it is the exclusive content of my Hive blog and I hope you like it.

Well as always I send a fraternal embrace to all and remember that the path of awakening is not a goal.
