Estoy viva hoy, y eso es lo que realmente cuenta. Después de un diagnóstico que prácticamente me despedía de la vida, decidí que nunca más un día sería “uno más”.
Cada cosa importa, por más mínima que parezca. Somos energía, y no estoy dispuesta a desperdiciarla ni un segundo.
Intento fluir con la vida, con esa dosis justa de locura que la hace divertida y real.
Aprendí a conocerme por las malas, pero fue así como descubrí que soy Genial.
Hoy valoro mi tiempo y también el de los demás.
Me hace bien estar cerca de la naturaleza, llenarme de su energía y respirar su paz.
Pisar la tierra con los pies descalzos es lo Maximoooooo, bañarme bajo la lluvia, y siempre de los siempre cocinar mi propia comida.
Les confieso que a veces lloro sin saber por qué, y le tengo fobia a las alturas. Así de simple y de compleja soy.
Disfruto hacer mil cosas, aunque por momentos me concentro más en algunas.
Siempre practico la meditación, además me llena el corazón la jardinería, cocinar, arreglar cosas... incluso personas, jajaja.
Dicen que soy divertida, no me consta, pero me hace reír.
Me considero amable, y trato de ser siempre respetuosa con la visión que cada uno tiene sobre la vida, aunque no coincida con la mía.
Creo que todos tenemos un propósito, y que nuestra alma —cuando la escuchamos— nos va guiando por el camino que vinimos a recorrer.
Valoro lo auténtico, y me encantan las personas que multiplican lo bueno.
Al extremo Disfruto lo sencillo, lo espontáneo, esas cosas que te alegran sin avisar.
Un día estoy en el jardín, otro en el cine, y al siguiente… lo que se me ocurra. Porque sí. Porque puedo. Porque no hace falta más razón.
Creo que una Sonrisa bien ubicada puede calmar heridas, y ese suspiro que a veces parece pequeño te conecta de nuevo con tu chispa divida para que puedas seguir adelante...
Para mí, la vida se trata de ser quien quieras ser y hacer aquello que te haga vibrar el corazón. Porque puedes. Porque sí. ¿Y por qué no?
Así soy, así vivo. A veces cuerda, a veces loca. Río, lloro, grito o simplemente observo en silencio.
Pero siempre, siempre estoy viva, no solo respirando. Y eso, para mí, es lo que vale.
Este espacio lo llamé “Super Yo” porque estoy convencida de que todos somos un poco superhéroes en nuestras vidas, y sin darnos cuenta… también lo somos en la de otros.

Stepping on the earth with bare feet is the Maximoooooo, bathing in the rain, and always cooking my own food.
I confess that sometimes I cry without knowing why, and I have a phobia of heights. That's how simple and complex I am.
I enjoy doing a thousand things, although at times I concentrate more on some things.
I always practice meditation, also gardening, cooking, fixing things... even people, hahaha, fills my heart.
They say I'm funny, I don't know, but it makes me laugh.

I value the authentic, and I love people who multiply the good.
To the extreme I enjoy the simple, the spontaneous, those things that make you happy without warning.
One day I'm in the garden, another at the movies, and the next... whatever comes to mind. Because I can. Because I can. Because I don't need any other reason.
I believe that a well-placed Smile can soothe wounds, and that sigh that sometimes seems small connects you back to your divided spark so that you can move forward....
For me, life is about being who you want to be and doing what makes your heart tick. Because you can. Because you can. And why not?
That's how I am, that's how I live. Sometimes sane, sometimes crazy. I laugh, cry, scream or just watch in silence.
But I am always, always alive, not just breathing. And that, to me, is what counts.
I called this space “Super Me” because I am convinced that we are all a little bit superheroes in our lives, and without realizing it... we are also superheroes in other people's lives.
