Este es otro espectacular balneario de Rocha, lleno de cabañitas hermosas para alojar turistas, una feria al borde de la playa, unas rocas donde revientan las olas y forman un caudal de agua salada que vuelve al oceano. En este lugar estuvimos 3 días y dos noches en unos casas fabricadas con contenedores llamadas " Prácticos del Diablo"..., bueno, realmente eran prácticos, el dueño nos llamó y nos dijo el lugar donde nos iba a dejar la llave, cuando llegamos las buscamos en el lugar secreto y abrimos, tenía una habitación, un baño,cocinita-comedor-sala en un solo ambiente! y límpio.
This is another spectacular resort in Rocha, full of beautiful cabins to accommodate tourists, a fair on the edge of the beach, some rocks where the waves break and form a flow of salt water that returns to the ocean. This place was where we were going to stay for 3 days and two nights in some houses made with containers called "Prácticos del Diablo"..., well, they really were practical, the owner called us and told us the place where he was going to leave us the key, when we arrived we looked for it in the secret place and opened it, it had a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette-dining room-living room in a single room! and I clean.
Esa tarde salimos a recorrer la feria que tiene de todo un poquito, comida, artesanía, ropa, venta de bebidas, etc. (yo quedé enamorada de un cuadro colorido de un artista ), este lugar tiene toda la vista al océano donde los surfistas disfrutaban cada ola con trajes de neopreno por el frío, ya que en otoño el agua está helada.
That afternoon we went out to tour the fair that has a little bit of everything, food, crafts, clothes, sale of drinks, etc. (I fell in love with a colorful painting by an artist), this place has all the view of the ocean where surfers enjoyed each wave with wetsuits because of the cold, since in autumn the water is freezing.
Intentamos tomar una foto justo cuando reventaba alguna ola pero fué imposible.

Me encantó la ubicación de este lugar porque está cerca de la Frontera de Uruguay con Brasil, de los parques, de las dunas...etc..es como un punto medio de partida.
I loved the location of this place because it is close to the border between Uruguay and Brazil, the parks, the dunes...etc...it is like a starting point.
Si quieren recorer Rocha, Punta del Diablo me parece ideal para hospedarse y pasar unos días lindos.
If you want to tour Rocha, Punta del Diablo seems ideal to stay and spend some nice days.
