আসসালামু আলাইকুম বন্ধুরা আশা করি আপনারা সবাই খুব ভালো আছেন। আমার নতুন আরেকটি রেসিপিতে আপনাদের সবাইকে স্বাগত জানাই।
আজ আমি আপনাদের তৈরি করে দেখাবো তেলের পিঠা। এটাকে অনেকে ভাজা পিঠা,পোয়া পিঠাও বলে। আমাদের দেশীয় পিঠার মধ্যে এটা খুব জনপ্রিয় একটি পিঠা। এ পিঠা খেতে যেমন মজা বানাতেও তেমনি সহজ।
পিঠাটা বানানোর সময় প্রায়ই একটা সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে হয় সেটা হলো পিঠাটা ঠিকমতন ফোলে না বা শক্ত হয়ে যায়। তাই আমার রেসিপিতে আমি আপনাদেরকে দেখানোর চেষ্টা করেছি কিভাবে পিঠাটা বানালে পারফেক্ট ফুলকো আর নরম হবে।
আশাকরি আপনাদের সবার ভালো লাগবে ও কাজে আসবে। আর আপনাদের ভাল লাগাই আমার কাজের অনুপ্রেরণা ও সার্থকতা।
উপকরণ :
চালের গুঁড়ো - ১.৫ কাপ.
ময়দা - ১/২ কাপ.
খেজুর গুড় - ১ কাপ.
কুসুম গরম পানি - প্রয়োজন মতো.
লবন.
ভাজার জন্য তেল.
