How did You come to know about HIVE? আমি আমার পক্ষের হইয়া সকল নিয়ম কানুন মানিয়া এই contest অংশগ্রহন করিলাম।
আমি শুনাতে চাই বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্ব বাসিকে আমাই Hive Blockchain এ আসার পিছনের গল্পটি।
আমি প্রথমেই অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ জানাছি @hivebangladesh এর সকল সদস্য কে। এত সুন্দর একটা contest এর আয়োজন করার জন্য আমি hivebangladesh এর সকল লিডার দের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা ও অভিনন্দন জানাছি । আজকে আমার contest এর বিষয় হল।

Congratulations to all, I would like to share the story behind my coming to Hive blockchain today. Basically, I am a successful designer. I have been working in the famous Blessed Buying for 14 years. I was having a great time with my job and my Screenprint factory. I didn't have time to look any further.
সবাইকে অভিনন্দন জানীয়ে আমি আজকে আমার Hive blockchain এ আসার পিছনের গল্পটা আজ সবার মাঝে শেয়ার করে নিতে চাই। মুলত আমি একজন সফল ডিজাইনার । আমি দীঘ ১৪ বছর সুনাম ধন্য বায়িং এ চাকরী এসেছি। আমি তখন আমার চাকরী ও আমার প্রিন্ট ফ্যাক্টরি নিয়ে বেস্ত সময় পার করছি। অন্য কোন দিকে তাকানোর সময় ছিলনা আমার।
I used to go to the office in the morning in Uttara, work all day and in the afternoon I would come back to my factory and spend time. I stay back home many late nights. Time would pass in the midst of so much misery. My sister's son Alamin has been with me for a year since my mother died. When he was in college, I used to see him write all day and go wherever he went and take pictures.
সকাল সকাল অফিস এ যেতাম উত্তরা , সারাদিন অফিস করে বিকেল বেলা আবার নিজের ফ্যাক্টরি এসে সময় দিতাম। অনেক রাতে বাসায় আস্তাম। অনেক বেস্ততার মধ্যে সময় চলে যেত। আমার আম্মু মারা যাবার পর থেকে আমার বোনের ছেলে আলামিন আমার কাছে বছর খানেক ছিল। ও তখন কলেজে পরে, দেখতাম সারাদিন কি যেন লেখে ও যেথানে যায় সেথানেই গিয়ে ছবি তুলে।
I would be very angry. I would say what is your problem? You are taking pictures in front of everyone like this. It makes me ashamed. Alamin said mama people will give me food at once? Then Mama told me that I work in a blockchain, it is a blockchain where you have all the pictures that will not be of any use to you but by posting this blockchain you can write your own and let everyone know then there are many people who will vote you up.
আমি অনেক রাগ হতাম। বলতাম তোর সমস্যা কি? এরকম সবার সামনে যে ছবি তুলছ। তাতে আমার শরম করে। আলামিন বলতো মামা মানুষে কি আমাকে একবেলা খাবার দিবে ? আমার টা আমারই জোগাড় করে নিতে হবে। তখন আমাকে বলল মামা আমি একটা Blockchain এ কাজ করি , এটা এমন একটা Blockchain যেখানে আপনি আপনার সকল ছবি যা আপনার কোথাও কোন কাজে আসবে না কিন্তু এই Blockchain পোস্ট করে আপনি আপনার নিজের মত লিখে সবাইকে জানাতে পারেন তাহলে অনেক লোক আছে যারা আপনাকে আপ ভোট দিবে।
I said what kind of blockchain is this? Then he said it is Steemit which can be done from our country now. I said there is no need for people to feed me and give me only their money. What is the benefit of giving me money? I would not take any news for many days after that.
আমি বললাম এটা আমার কেমন Blockchain ? তখন বলল এটা Steemit যেটা আমাদের দেশ থেকে এখন কাজ করা যায়। আমি বললাম মানুষের তো খাইয়া দাইয়া কাজ নাই যে শুধু শুধু তাদের টাকা আমাকে দিবে। তাদের বা কি লাভ আমাকে টাকা দেয়ার।পরে অনেক দিন আর কোন খবর নিতাম না।
I used to watch Alamin go to Barisal with me and now he started making videos with pictures. Then I said, will you post a picture on Youtube now or not? He didn't say, mama, now I will give a video on D.tube. I smiled and said go ahead. After that, he used to tell me something poisonous. Mama said show me I earn some dollars every day with pictures and videos. I said I earn dollars but I don't have money. I used to work on the internet for some click per earn. All I knew was that in the future, dollars could be made on the Internet.
আলামিন আমার সাথে বরিশাল যেত দেখতাম এবার ছবির সাথে ভিডিও ও করা শুরু করল। তখন বলি কিরে এখন কি Youtube এ ছবি দিবি নাকি? ও বলল না মামা এখন D.tube এ ভিডিও দিব। আমি হাসলাম ও বললাম চালিয়া যা। এর পর ও আমাকে কিছু বিষর বলতে লাগত। বলল মামা দেখান আমি পতিদিন ছবি ও ভিডিও দিয়া কিছু ডলার কামাই। আমি বললাম ডলার তো আমি ও কামাই কিন্তু টাকা তো হাতে পাইনা। আমি তখন ইন্টারনেটে কিছু কিছু click per earn এ কাজ করতাম। এতটুকও জানতাম যে ভবিষ্যতে ইন্টারনেটে ডলার আয় করা যাবে।
I actually trade forex for a long time. There I earn dollars and go again. He said mama you can get your money in just 5 minutes if you want. Then I gave a little attention. After that, I opened a Steemit account. It was going well for some time. Suddenly Alamin says Mama Steemit can no longer work.
আমি আসলে অনেক দিন ধরে forex Trade করি। সেখানে আমি ডলার কামাই আবার চলে যায় । ও বলল মামা আপনি চাইলে আপনার টাকা মাত্র ৫ মিনেটাই পেতে পারেন। তখন আমি একটু মনযুগ দিলাম। এর পর আমি একটা Steemit অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলি। কিছুদিন ভালো ভাবেই চলতে ছিল। হঠাৎ আলামিন বলতাছে মামা Steemit এ আর কাজ করা যাবে না।
I didn't understand what the problem was. But then I went after a little worry. I thought that after working all day, I came to this place and lost a place to share one of his subjects with everyone. Then I did not come to Steemit for any reason to earn money. Proof of this is my irregular posts. I used to post whenever I liked. Anyway, I was a little upset that such a blockchain would go away like this. Later I got the whole news and understood.
কি নাকি সমস্যা আমি সেটা তেমন বুজতে পারিনি। তবে তখন একটু দুশ্চিন্তাই পরে গিয়েছিলাম। চিন্তা করলাম সারাদিন কাজ করে এই যায়গায় এসে তাঁর একটা বিষয় সবার সাথে শেয়ার করার যায়গা টা ও হারালাম। তখন টাকা কামানোর কোন কারনে আমি Steemit এ আসিনি। এর প্রমান আমার অনিয়মিত পোস্ট। আমার যখন ভালো লাগতো তখন পোস্ট করতাম। যাই হউক একটু বিচলিত ছিলাম এরকম একটা Blockchain এভাবে চলে যাবে। পরে পুরো খবর টা পেলাম এবং বুজলাম।
That's when I got my desired time to come to this Hive Blockchain since Hive started 1 year ago today. In fact, he cut the base and called me with a new horizon. The funny thing is that all the money I had on Steemit went to Hive and we benefited in two ways. From then on my journey started on the highway. I was not good at writing. So I couldn't post, so I drew and posted.
এর পরেই আমি আমার সেই কাঙ্ক্ষিত সময় চলে আসলো আজ থেকে ১ বছর আগে যখন হাইভ শুরু হল তখন থেকেই আমার এই Hive Blockchain এ আসা। বলতে গেলে আধার কেটে নতুন দিগন্ত হাতছানি দিয়ে আমাকে ডাকল। মজার ব্যাপার হল যে Steemit এ আমার যে পরিমান টাকা ছিল সব হাইভ এ চলে আসলো এবং আমরা দুই দিক দিয়া লাভবান হলাম। তখন থেকে আমার যাত্রা শুরু হাইভে। আমি লেখা লেখিতে তেমন ছিলাম না। তাই পোস্ট ও দিতে পারতাম না তাই আমি ছবি আঁকতাম এবং পোস্ট করতাম।
How I came to trust Hive Blockchain.
কি ভাবে Hive Blockchain কে বিশ্বাস করলাম।
I have always heard that I was very good at my job and my own factory. Having a lot of work in the factory on this site, I resigned from my job and started spending time in my own print factory. There are many good benefits. There were many orders. It didn't take long for my factory to grow because of the benefits of 14 years of good buying.
আগের কথা সবেই তো শুনলেন খুব ভালই ছিলাম , চাকুরি ও আমার নিজের নিজের ফ্যাক্টরি নিয়া। এই দিকে ফ্যাক্টরিতে প্রচুর কাজ থাকার আমি আমার চাকরী টা রিজাইন দীয়া নিজের প্রিন্ট ফ্যাক্টরিতে সময় দিতে লাগলাম। অনেক ভালো লাভ ও হতে থাকে। অনেক অর্ডার ছিল। ১৪ বছর ভালো বায়িং এ চাকুরির সুবিদাই বেশিদিন লাগেনি আমার ফ্যাক্টরি বড় হতে।
I started to move forward successfully with 10 to 36 workers. Suddenly, an epidemic called Corona struck. All orders seemed to close. I did not receive my order of 60 lakh rupees. In this way, I fixed the salaries of the workers for three months. And when I couldn't, I rented a garment owner's house and started living at home.
১০ জন শ্রমিক থেকে ৩৬ জন শ্রমিক নিয়ে সফল ভাবে এগুতে লাগলাম। হঠাৎ করোনা নামক মহামারির ছোবলে সব কিছু শেষ হতে লাগলো। সকল অর্ডার বন্ধ হতে লাগলো। আমার ৮০ লাখ টাকার অর্ডার টা আর পেলাম না। এর রকম করে তিন মাস শ্রমিকদের বেতন একেবারেই বসাই বসাই দিলাম। আর যখন পারতে ছিলাম না তখন এক গার্মেন্টস মালিকের কাসে ভাড়া দিয়া আমি বাসাই থাকতে শুরু করলাম।
I don't know what would have happened today if I hadn't rented at that moment. When I am alone, there is no one beside me. With the money I had in my hand, I kept it in the market for 6 months. I also bought fish and meat as much as I could. Because I have no other income to market.
সেই মুহুরতে ভাড়া না দিলে আজ যে কি হত আমি জানি না। একা কিত্ত যখন আমার পাঁশে কেহই নাই। হাতে যা টাকা ছিল টা দিয়া আমি ৮ মাসের বাজার করে রেখে ছিলাম।যেমন চাল, ডাল, তেল, পেয়াজ, আলু মানে শুকনা জাতিও সব। এছারা ও মাছ মাংস ও কিনেছিলাম যতটুক পারি। কারন আমার আর কোন ইনকাম নাই যে বাজার করবো।
After that, sitting at home for a long time has no income. But Kharaj could not stop it. The home market is about to end. In the meantime, I have given two of my relatives a sack of rice and other dry things as much as I can. Now let's get to the main point. Suddenly there is no market in my house.
এর পর দীঘ দিন বাসাই বসা কোন ইনকাম নাই। কিন্তু খরজ সেটাকে কিন্তু আটকাতে পারিনি। বাসার বাজার ও শেষ হতে চলেছে। এর মধ্যে আমার আত্মীয়র মধ্যে দুই জন কে এক বস্তা করে চাল ও অন্যান্য সুকনা জিনিস যতটুকু পারি দেয়াছি। এখন আসি মুল ঘটনায়। হঠাৎ আমার বাসায় কোন বাজার নেই।
What do I do now, then I gave Alamin Fahan, and he said Mama sold your hive. I didn't even know how to sell hives. I told Alamin to sell a little hive. He then sold my hive. I will never forget that day. I took a picture of it that day and left it. I shared the Screen Short to raise that money among you. After that, I didn't look back and relied heavily on Hive Blockchain.
এখন কি করি , তখন আমি আলামিন কে ফহন দিলাম , ও বলল মামা আপনার হাইভ বিক্রি করে দেন। আমি সেটা ও জানতাম না কি ভাবে হাইভ বিক্রি করে। আমি আলামিন কে বললাম তুই একটু হাইভ বিক্রি করে দে। ও তখন আমার যা হাইভ ছিল বিক্রি করে দিল। আমি সেদিনের কথা কখন ভুলতে পারিনি বা পারবোনা না। সেই দিন সেটা আমি পিকচার করে রেখে দিয়াচিলাম। সেই টাকা তোলার Screen Short টা আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করলাম। এর পর আমি আর পিছনে তাকাই নি অনেক ভরসা হইয়া গিয়েছিল Hive Blockchain এর প্রতি।
I showed you 36 hives sold 9 months ago. With this money, I was able to run my family for a while by shopping that day. I am grateful to Hive. Today @hivebangladesh I feel very light after being able to speak all my words in Bengali through Hive Bangladesh.
আমি গত ৯ মাস আগের বিক্রি করা ৩৮ হাইভ আপনাদের দেখালাম। এই টাকা দিয়া আমি সেদিন বাজার করে আমার সংসার কিছুদিন চালাতে পেরেছিলাম। আমি হাইভ এর প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ । আজ @hivebangladesh হাইভ বাংলাদেশেই মাধমে বাংলায় আমি আমার সকল কথা বলতে পেরে নিজেকে অনেক হালকা মনে হচ্ছে।

এর পর থেকে আমি অনেক বেশি মনোভাব নিয়ে দিতে থাকি। আমি আমার সকল না বলা কথা শেয়ার করতে পারি কিছু কমিউনিকিশনের মাধমে । আমি বুজতে পারি এই Blockchain এর থেকে অনেক কিছু শেখার আছে। সবচেয়ে ভালো ব্যাপার হল । এখানে নিজের জিনিস মানে, নিজের তোলা ছবি,নিজের করা ভিডিও ইত্যাদি সকল কিছু সম্পূর্ণ নিজের হতে হবে। কোন ভাবেই অন্নের কোন কিছু দেয়া যাবেনা।
এতে করে আমরা আমাদের নিজসঃতা ধরে রাখতে পারি।
Not just from the Hive Blockchain. We also have a lot to give to this Blockchain. We can sustain Hive Blockchain with our honesty and purity for many days. I will try to keep the quality of Hive Blockchain intact in the future as well. I will try my best - InshaAllah
Hive Blockchain থেকে শুধু নিলেই হবে না। আমাদের ও অনেক কিছু দেবার আছে এই Blockchain কে। আমরা আমাদের সততা ও বিশুদ্ধতা দিয়ে Hive Blockchain কে টিকিয়ে রাখতে পারি অনেক দিন। আমি চেষ্টা করবো আগামিতেও Hive Blockchain এর মান অক্ষুন্ন রাখতে। আমি আমার যথা সাধ্য চেষ্টা করবো- ইনশাআল্লাহ
