Teslas are surely rare outside of the USA. I see them all the time, but they are all so basic looking to me. If I see one that is customized a bit, then I may photograph it. Or if I see one of the Plaid models, which there are a few of those around here.

I think that most often Tesla can be found in... Norway :)
I imagine the car is pretty popular worldwide thanks to Elon Musk, but some countries may find it a lot harder to obtain one than others.
