El miedo de terminar solo, es una sombra que se cierne sobre muchos de nosotros, un temor silencioso que se instala en lo más profundo del corazón , es esa inquietud que nos despierta en medio de la noche , cuando las casa está en silencio y el único sonido es el de nuestros propios pensamientos, es una sensación que va mas allá de la simple soledad, es el miedo a no ser necesarios, a no ser amados, a no tener a nadie que nos mire con ternura, cuando el mundo se vuelve oscuro, el miedo a terminar solos, nos recuerda nuestra vulnerabilidad, nuestra necesidad innata de pertenencia y amor nos impulsa a cuidar mejor nuestras relaciones, a ser más atentos y generosos con aquellos que nos rodean, nos enseñan que la vida aunque a veces solitaria, puede ser rica y significativa si cultivamos conexiones autenticas y profundas y aunque el temor nunca desaparezca por completo, aprender a enfrentarlo y a vivir con el, nos puede llevar a descubrir la fortaleza y la belleza de la compañía humana en todos sus formas.
The fear of ending up alone is a shadow that looms over many of us, a silent fear that settles deep in the heart, it is that restlessness that wakes us up in the middle of the night, when the house is silent and the only sound is that of our own thoughts, it is a feeling that goes beyond simple loneliness, it is the fear of not being needed, of not being loved, of not having anyone to look at us with tenderness, when the world turns dark, the fear of ending up alone reminds us of our vulnerability, our innate need for belonging and love drives us to take better care of our relationships, to be more attentive and generous with those around us, it teaches us that life, although sometimes lonely, can be rich and meaningful if we cultivate authentic and deep connections.
