Un resfriado después de casi 3 años/A cold after almost 3 years

Hola amigos hoy vengo a platicarles que me vine enfermando de un resfriado después de casi 3 años en pandemia, espero que solo sea un resfriado, yo me sigo cuidando a pesar de que las medidas se han vuelto mas laxas en mi localidad ha tal punto en que las medidas contra el covid ya han sido retiradas en muchos lugares, yo sigo usando mi mascarilla para todos lados, sigo sin salir mas que para lo necesario, pero aun así no pude evitar en contagiarme de lo que parece ser un resfriado.

Mi sobrina que va en la primaria presento síntomas la semana pasada incluso estuvo sin ir a las escuela unos dias por lo mismo y solo pudimos llegar a la conclusión que se contagio en la primaria , ella para estos momentos ya esta bien, pero yo me siento realmente mal, me he sentido adolorido mucho más de lo normal y sin energías, ayer note un pequeño cosquilleo en la garganta que hoy ya se convirtió en dolor e irritación, me cuesta mucho concentrarme me la he pasado somnoliento todo el día y eso dormí bastante bien según yo la noche anterior.

My niece who goes to primary school showed symptoms last week, she even missed going to school for a few days for the same reason and we could only conclude that she was infected in primary school, she is fine at the moment, but I feel really bad, I have felt sore much more than normal and without energy, yesterday I noticed a small tickle in my throat that today has turned into pain and irritation, I have a hard time concentrating I have been sleepy all day and I slept a lot ok according to me the night before.

Estaré pendiente de mis signos vitales para verificar que lo que tengo no vaya a ser otra cosa, creo que hasta el momento no me ha dado COVID y espero seguir así, tengo tercera vacuna de refuerzo pero eso no me exime de poder presentar síntomas, desde que inicio la pandemia compre mi pulso oxímetro para monitorear a la familia pues nos toco escuchar de muchos casos donde la gente parecía estar sana hasta que caían en cama y resultaba que su oxigenación ya estaba alarmantemente baja, así que no estaba de más el tomar mis precauciones.

I will be aware of my vital signs to verify that what I have is not going to be something else, I think that up to now I have not had COVID and I hope to continue like this, I have a third booster vaccine but that does not exempt me from being able to present symptoms, since that the pandemic started I bought my pulse oximeter to monitor the family because we heard of many cases where people seemed to be healthy until they fell into bed and it turned out that their oxygenation was already alarmingly low, so it was not too much to take my precautions.

Hasta el momento no he tenido fiebre, ya estoy tomando antihistamínicos y paracetamol para el dolor de cabeza que es lo mas molesto hasta el momento, yo tenia planes de ir la próxima semana al cine para poder ver Dr Strange 2 pero parece que tendré que posponerlos unos quince dias en lo que se me quitan la síntomas, no me gusta la idea de ser irresponsable y seguir propagando una enfermedad aunque solo sea un resfriado, me la he pasado bebiendo mucha agua todo el día pues me dan sudores fríos de momento, si siento que no mejoro tendré que ir al medico, creo que no estaría de más tomar algunos electrolitos para evitar la deshidratación, es curioso que me halla enfermado casi al mismo tiempo que mi amigo @shadowmyst y eso que tiene bastante tiempo que no nos vemos si no lo culparía a él de mi refriado XD.

So far I have not had a fever, I am already taking antihistamines and paracetamol for the headache which is the most annoying so far, I had plans to go to the cinema next week to see Dr Strange 2 but it seems that I will have to postpone them About a fortnight in which my symptoms go away, I don't like the idea of being irresponsible and continuing to spread a disease even if it's just a cold, I've been drinking a lot of water all day because I get cold sweats at the moment, yes I feel like I'm not getting better I'll have to go to the doctor, I think it wouldn't hurt to take some electrolytes to avoid dehydration, it's curious that I got sick almost at the same time as my friend @shadowmyst and that we haven't seen each other for quite some time I wouldn't blame him for my cold XD.

Creo que es peor enfermarse en temporada de calor como en estos momentos hemos llegado a estar hasta 37 grados centígrados, el sol se siente muy fuerte en la piel y molesta mucho a mi vista y me hace sentir mareado, también podría ser que tanga inflamado el oído interno por eso siento que pierdo el balance de momento si estuviéramos en época de frio ya me estaría tomando un te caliente con limón para ayudarme con estos malestares pero con el calor no me apetece para nada.
