Desde un punto de vista subjetivo me aventuré en este proyecto con el propósito de aprender e investigar los procesos de las relaciones interpersonales, el por qué los seres humanos reaccionamos a ciertas emociones y asumimos comportamientos que nos llevan a tomar decisiones en cada momento de nuestra vida.
From a subjective point of view I ventured into this project with the purpose of learning and investigating the processes of interpersonal relationships, why human beings react to certain emotions and assume behaviors that lead us to make decisions at every moment of our lives.
En mi opinión considero que el dolor que cada quien atraviesa en su vida puede ser un trampolín para fortalecerse, crecer, conocerse a sí mismo y desarrollarse personalmente o estancarse en las emociones, en los recuerdos y no anvazar.
In my opinion, I believe that the pain that each person goes through in his life can be a springboard to become stronger, grow, know himself and develop personally or stagnate in emotions, in memories and not to overcome.
Darse cuenta de que nuestra existencia en este mundo es temporal hace que cada momento sea más valioso y cada experiencia más significativa. Nos hace apreciar la bondad y la compasión que hay en nuestros corazones ya que nos impulsa a ser amables y generosos con los demás para fortalecer la sociedad en la que vivimos.
Realizing that our existence in this world is temporary makes every moment more precious and every experience more meaningful. It makes us appreciate the goodness and compassion in our hearts as it drives us to be kind and generous to others to strengthen the society we live in.
El amor propio es de los aspectos más importantes que debe cultivar cada persona, ya que a partir de allí proviene su valía para crear fortaleza a través de experiencias e intentos de resistencia a las adversidades, aceptación de lo que no se puede cambiar, el enfrentar los desafíos con calma y perseverancia aprovechando cada obstáculo como una oportunidad de crecimiento para tener como objetivo principal alcanzar la mejor versión de sí mismo.
Self-love is one of the most important aspects that each person should cultivate, because from there comes their worth to create strength through experiences and attempts to resist adversities, acceptance of what cannot be changed, facing challenges with calm and perseverance, taking advantage of each obstacle as an opportunity for growth to have as a main objective to reach the best version of oneself.
