Spent years feeling down about everything. Was told to "men up", was told that "life's a struggle" and lots of other shitty advice. Neither one of them helped me a bit. In the end, what helped me was the sudden realization that "you will never finish all stuff on the to-do list". It's OK to fail, it's OK to f things up. We are, who we are. Had to find it by myself (btw just by incredibly fuc*ing things up, but it turned out to be pretty fine because it moved me to the place where I am right now, being the person I am right now).
Sometimes we are just in a bad place, during a bad time. Things will move on, as you said - we transform. Things change... But it still sucks being in a bad place, during a bad time. It exhausts you.
I hope for you (and everyone in general) to find the right place in your existence soon, or better said - you will find it sooner or later (and I hope it's soon). Fingers crossed for you and as much as I know it doesn't help you anyhow - I know how you feel. You are being listened to, and you are not on your own... ¡Lo siento chica y mucha suerte y fuerza!
Maybe feeling so in the well of sadness, overthinking, anguish makes one day the sun rise and give us rays of light to wake up and settle down. We will never be completely happy or completely sad, it's just a balance we call: Life.
You are a warrior and seriously, I appreciate your encouraging comment!
