Erika no se dio cuenta de las horas y los días sentada en el jardín esperando por Luís.
Se fue, pero sé que regresará pronto y lo espero. No le dije que lo amaba con locura y que me dolía su indiferencia.

Sé que no eres para mí, ni que mereces mi amor, pero te necesito como la luna a las estrellas.

Me quedé sola, no me he dado cuenta que me llegó la muerte. Y aun así no he dejado de quererte.

Lo más peligroso de los seres humanos es perder la esencia y lo que somos por algo que no vale la pena, solo para prolongar una relación con alguien que tarde o temprano se irá. Sin embargo, muchos prefieren esta situación a quedar solos.
Esta situación no vale la pena, hay que enfrentarla, dejar de lamentarse y de decir “estoy perdida sin tí.” Nuestra vida no puede depender de otra persona, ya que estaríamos cediendo nuestro libre albedrío y delegando nuestras decisiones.
Es fundamental que aprendamos a vivir y por un momento reflexionemos sobre lo que queremos. Amémonos, porque si nos amamos nadie podrá hacernos daño, ya que levantaríamos una coraza fuerte que impediría que algo nos perturbe.
No te pierdas por nadie y mucho menos por aquel que no te valora. Insensible, egocentrista e indiferente. Recuerda que es preferible estar solo que mal acompañado. No tiene sentido confiar tu vida a quien no te quiere ni te valora.

Reconócete, amate y verás que encontrarás quien te merezca. Sana tus heridas para volver a empezar. Levántate y no esperes más. Pronto llegará la oportunidad de ser feliz. Quizás donde menos lo esperas.
Después de las tormentas llega la calma, mientras esperas cuídate y mímate. Haz aquello que tanto te gusta y para lo que no tenías tiempo. Baila, canta, y sonríe porque la vida te brinda nuevas oportunidades.
Da gracias por el nuevo despertar y amor que te regala la vida. Escoge bien quien será ese alguien que te acompañará, y no te dejes llevar por las apariencias.
No cierres tu corazón ni vuelvas a decir: “Estoy perdida sin ti…”

The most dangerous thing about human beings is to lose the essence and who we are for something that is not worth it, just to prolong a relationship with someone who sooner or later will leave. However, many prefer this situation to being alone.
This situation is not worth it, we have to face it, stop lamenting and saying "I am lost without you." Our life cannot depend on another person, since we would be giving up our free will and delegating our decisions.
It is essential that we learn to live and for a moment reflect on what we want. Let us love ourselves, because if we love ourselves no one will be able to harm us, since we would raise a strong armor that would prevent anything from disturbing us.
Do not lose yourself for anyone and much less for the one who does not value you. Insensitive, self-centered and indifferent. Remember that it is better to be alone than in bad company. It makes no sense to entrust your life to the one who does not love or value you.

Me.encanto amiga, nadie se puede perder por nadie y menos en esta época donde existe una bandera que se alza y que lleva como lema el amor propio.. aún así hay quienes no lo han entendido. Soltar y dejar fluir aunque duela moemntaneamente.
@mafalda2018, tienes razón si no nos amamos nosotros mismos, otro menos lo hará, debemos tener siempre ese espacio intimo donde podamos reconocernos y tomar aire para seguir adelante.
Son buenas recomendaciones qué nos aportas ésta semana, sin lugar a dudas el qué está sufriendo maltrato no se da cuenta qué tiene otra salida. Muy bueno el tema siempre tratado en forma optimista y dando ejemplos de vida. Mucho éxito mí querida @mafalda2018 un abrazote.
