It's a very common problem these days. One I think everyone is secretly facing. Hard to fix too due to the chaos of our fast and modern lifestyles. But yes, do try to find that balance, it's absolutely necessary to remember that work just funds your basic survival. Jobs can be replaced, time cannot.
