Hola amigos!!! Antes que nada quería desearles un feliz 2024, que sea lleno de infinitas posibilidades y con toda la energía positiva para poder verlas y tomarlas, paz y armonía para afrontar las circunstancias que se presentan en el camino.
También quería contarles un poco mi ausencia por aquí. Eh estado en un camino de transformación durante casi todo el 2023.
Este último tiempo específicamente dejando morir en mi las partes que ya no sumaban en mi vida. Una de esas partes era la autoexigencia, el creer que puedo con todo dodo el tiempo ( en menor medida que en otros momentos) pero aún continuaban ahí.
Por eso mismo decidí la pausa en algunas áreas de mi vida, para poder focalizarme en otras que necesitaban mi enfoque, tiempo y energía de lleno y así mejorar cada día.
Evaluando lo que quiero, deseo que permanezca en mi presente y agradeciendo y honrando lo que ya cumplió su ciclo.
Hoy quiero compartir esta nueva versión con ustedes, ya que está hermosa comunidad es algo que elijo que permanezca en mi vida.
Permitiendo la expansión, la ayuda y expresión de diferentes formas.
Pidiendo compartir nuestras experiencias y cotidianidad, aceptando los puntos de vista de ustedes para seguir creciendo, como individuo y comunidad.
Deseo que todos nos tomemos en nuestro día para la autoobservacion y el autoconocimiento.
Gracias infinitas por la posibilidad de estar en este hermoso espacio.

Hello friends!!! First of all, I wanted to wish you a happy 2024, full of infinite possibilities and with all the positive energy to be able to see and take them, peace and harmony to face the circumstances that arise along the way.
I also wanted to tell you a little about my absence here. I have been on a path of transformation for almost all of 2023.
This last time specifically letting die in me the parts that no longer added up to my life. One of those parts was self-demand, believing that I can do everything all the time (to a lesser extent than at other times) but they were still there.
That's why I decided to pause in some areas of my life, to be able to focus on others that needed my focus, time and energy fully and thus improve every day.
Evaluating what I want, I want it to remain in my present and thanking and honoring what has already completed its cycle.
Today I want to share this new version with you, since this beautiful community is something that I choose to remain in my life.
Allowing expansion, help and expression in different ways.
Asking to share our experiences and daily life, accepting your points of view to continue growing, as an individual and community.
I wish that we all take our day for self-observation and self-knowledge.
Thank you so much for the possibility of being in this beautiful space.

As much as we want to continue with the fun stuff, it's important that we take time to deal with more important matters so that we can improve ourselves. If it means being offline for a while or giving up pastries, then that's what we need to do.
The end of the old year and the start of the new year is a good time for us to take inventory of what we have, what we need, and how we can get from one to the other. That's how we know if we're on track to becoming better people.
