This week is a week full of many feelings, a week where it teaches us all that trade can do with this day as it is the day of love and friendship, where many seek a detail to show their love to that person that day, but every day is special for each of us, every day we all have the right to know how much we are worth and how much we can get to love each other without limits.
I have learned the hard way what it is to love myself and I have shared it with you in every post I have written in this community and in others where I told you that I always thought of others and I was always left for later and I was not aware of what I wanted, but I have learned that it is not so I have to love myself to share that beautiful love I have for me with others, I love myself and it is the most beautiful feeling, so every time I can walk along the shell, and share with nature that helps me to throw away all that weighs me down.
Thanks to these walks near the sea I have been able to put my head in white and realize that I am worth a lot and that day by day I have to love myself more and more so that my son will always see me happy and always remember his mother as a woman who always loved herself and always put herself above everything else. Always love yourself above anyone else, because if you don't value yourself, no one else will.

Esta semana es una semana llena de muchos sentimientos, una semana donde nos enseña todo el que puede hacer el comercio con este día como lo es el día del amor y la amistad, donde muchos buscan un detalle para demostrarle su amor a esa persona ese día, pero todos los días son especiales para cada uno de nosotros, todos los días todos tenemos el derecho de saber lo mucho que valemos y cuanto podemos llegar amarnos sin límites.
He aprendido de la manera más difícil lo que es amarme y lo he compartido con ustedes en cada post que he escrito en esta comunidad y en otras donde les contaba que siempre pensaba en los demás y yo siempre quedaba para un después no estaba pendiente de que era lo que yo quería, pero he aprendido que no es así que me tengo que amar para poder compartir ese amor bonito que tengo hacia mí con otros, me amo y es el sentimiento más bonito, por eso cada vez que puedo camino por la caracola, y comparto con la naturaleza eso me ayuda a botar todo eso que me pesa.
Gracias a estas caminatas cerca del mar he podido poner mi cabeza en blanco y darme cuenta de que valgo mucho y que día a día tengo que amarme más y más para que mi hijo me vea siempre feliz y recuerde siempre a su mamá como una mujer que siempre se amó y se puso siempre ella por encima de todo. Amate siempre por encima de quien sea, porque si tú no te valoras, nadie lo hará.
