sleep. drink a lot of water. sleep some more. eat what you can. real chicken soup, the fat has healing properties. even just real chicken bone broth is good. Sleep some more. try and have clean sheets when you can manage it and clean nightgowns. Drink more water and sleep.
For me, it was the best I could do to get comfort from it.
At what point did human beings become what they are?
It took 3 short months to bring the overwhelming fear to the people of the world to become how they are today. I saw it. I wrote about it. No one was seeing what I did. How all governments used fear to lock us all in a cage and be happy about it.......I have seen people look away at someone in pain..........I never thought to see the day........

Duerma. Beba mucha agua. Duerma un poco más. Coma lo que pueda. Caldo de pollo, la grasa o infundia tiene propiedades curativas. incluso el caldo de huesos de pollo es bueno. Duerma un poco más. Trata de tener sábanas limpias cuando pueda manejarlo y limpiar las pijamas. Beba más agua y duerma.
Para mí, fue lo mejor que pude hacer para consolarme.
Solo se necesitaron 3 cortos meses para inculcar el miedo abrumador en las personas del mundo para que se convirtieran en lo que hoy son. Yo lo vi. Escribí sobre eso. Nadie estaba poniendo cuidado. Cómo todos los gobiernos usaron el miedo para encerrarnos en una jaula y sientan felices por eso ... He visto a personas mirar hacia el otro lado a no ver alguien que sufre ... Nunca pensé en ver este día........

Human pride is unshakable, even before the evidence, they do not stop behaving wrongly. They put a blindfold on themselves before what is happening. And to think that the Covid-19 makes no difference, and goes along with everything. Union and solidarity are needed to get out of this hole.
