En primer lugar, estaba terminando mis prácticas para obtener el título en Promoción Social y Servicios de Salud Mención Laboratorio Clínico, conseguí quedarme trabajando en el lugar, unas semanas después me presenté a la defensa exponiendo mis experiencias, los objetivos conseguidos, conocimientos que adquirí durante ese periodo, y lo pasé junto con todos mis compañeros, llegó la esperada ceremonia de graduación, son momentos que recordaré con una sonrisa en la cara, fue muy especial, la verdad esas etapas te hacen sentir que puedes lograr todo lo que te propongas, eres invencible, debo admitir que te sientes en una película, si tengo que elegir es, High School Musical.

This year, I was looking for a new job with the illusion of working in a new laboratory, thank God I am in one, more modern, a flexible schedule, better pay, it is interesting, every day I learn something new, I am eternally grateful for this opportunity that life and God gave me.
Por otro lado, realicé un curso de oratoria, ya que durante la defensa del proyecto, me sentí un poco nerviosa, era totalmente normal, aunque pensé que podría mejorar mis técnicas, lograr un mejor desempeño con el público, captar su atención, cautivarlos, es muy interesante y atractivo, las personas que tienen un buen dialecto, además, el lenguaje corporal, es capaz de transmitir diferentes perspectivas, es una herramienta muy útil para el futuro.
On the other hand, I took a public speaking course, because during the defense of the project, I felt a little nervous, it was totally normal, although I thought I could improve my techniques, achieve a better performance with the public, capture their attention, captivate them, it is very interesting and attractive, people who have a good dialect, in addition, body language, is able to convey different perspectives, it is a very useful tool for the future.
Además, hace unos días vi un anuncio en mis redes sociales sobre una Master class sobre nutrición, alimentación para el cuerpo y la mente, me pareció muy interesante como influye la alimentación, en estos aspectos para tener una relación sana con la comida y con nosotros mismos, aprendí muchas cosas interesantes sobre, como se metabolizan los alimentos en nuestro cuerpo, diferenciar un hambre emocional o real, que papel tienen los neurotransmisores en la nutrición, los trastornos de conducta, la parte psicológica como vemos la comida en nuestra vida.
