most companies now want you to be between 19 and 26 years old, the reason?
Yeah, they know that at that age, the person would not have much needs or may yet to be married as someone of an higher age. So they can pay little salaries to them...
Now, if you are between 19 and 26 they ask for tremendous experience, so either you start working at 14 to gain experience or we simply can't consider you.
This too is common in my country in Africa. And it's funny when they ask for young age but yet ask for longer years of experience.
It's crazy, sometimes it doesn't seem to make sense. For example, a young person between 19 and 26 should not have so many responsibilities but many young people of that age are the ones who carry the expenses of their household precisely because of the age problem when it comes to providing work. It is crazy that the situation is like this 😥😥
