Hablar del Internet en Venezuela, es ya caer en un colapso total. Un servicio que lejos de mejorar la calidad de vida del ciudadano la sumerge en un caos. Pareciera que el aparato gubernamental ha basado sus políticas exclusivamente en hacer que todos los servicios de telecomunicaciones se mantengan en calidad cero.
El servicio de telecomunicaciones debería ser en esencia un sector dinámico e innovador y no un ente supeditado a regulaciones y cortes continuos.
Conseguir una señal que satisfaga la necesidad del usuario se ha vuelto una calamidad, sin importar el proveedor del servicio.
Entre los continuos bajones de electricidad y una señal débil del internet, el venezolano debe reinventarse a la hora de realizar transacciones bancarias, pagos de servicios y otros menesteres.
Antes se decía, que para obtener un buen servicio hay que pagarlo. Acá se paga mas en la tarifa ABA que lo que se cobra como sueldo mínimo y aún así el servicio es pésimo.
No existe modem, router que pueda mejorar ni superar estas barreras que frenan la disponibilidad de un servicio de calidad.
Así que si me escriben por redes, por celular o me llaman tengan paciencia como la que tengo yo para mantener un lenguaje educado al tocar este tema que rebasa mi paciencia.
