We are all used to constantly judging and condemning. The others as well as ourselves. Everything seems to be only black or white. We always think we have to make a choice. For or against whatever life brings to our reality.
Two years ago, most of us lived in paradise. No one really thought it could change so quickly. And yet it did. We are getting more and more into a downward spiral.
No one knows a way out, not even me. But the more I think about it, the more I believe: the key lies in ourselves.
All we have to do is stop doing something. Stop focusing our energy and attention on something that drives this madness further!
Stop fighting against something. But that also means: stop fighting for something.
If we want peace, we have to lay down all weapons. Also those of the mind and the heart.
