Its been a wet last few days around where I live, with Hurricane Ida making landfall it has dumped alot of water on the Southern states. Figured this would be a good time to check out other peoples posts about the rain, so that will be the topic of the week.

It was time to go for a walk but with the rain going on he grabbed an umbrella. Along the walk he passed a cart with a farmer on it and some reeds collected from the looks of it. Time to go back home soon and have some tea prepared by the wife.

A time lapse video was made of an ant hill being rebuilt after a heavy rain storm passed through the area. Its pretty amazing seeing that colony of insects rebuild their home so quickly after a rain. Looks like the ants used sticks in the middle of the hill for structure. Did not realize that they normally do that.
