I may not know how things work in some countries but I'm fully aware of how things operate in my country anytime its Christmas season. For starters, you would begin to be bombarded by relatives who already have prepared list on what they want you to get for them. At that time, these relatives would use emotional blackmail on you. Inner demons. We all have it. Those voices in our head and their vile tongues render us almost useless until we rise and fight because to survive, we must. It is necessary to do so or we will be a shell of ourselves. An empty shell with no feeling, no emotion and no will and it is this life of ours, our current world. We are faced with multiple distractions because that's how I see them.

For some time now, I have stopped that general tendency to wait for the end of one year and the beginning of another, much less to set certain objectives or goals that can bring harmony and reflection in my life. In this aspect I consider myself a more constant person and aware that there is no better way than the one you are forging in your day to day, step by step giving yourself the satisfaction and inspiration that feed your existence and give that important impulse to your life. Obviously everything must point to that which you long for and enjoy so much, that for which you feel that every day you have grown and lived a little more and in a special way.

Throughout my life I have experienced moments of great anxiety and panic attacks. Although my strongest crisis was more than twenty years ago, it left after-effects in me. For about two years I was immersed in intense sadness but when I was able to come out of it I was very vulnerable. It took me some time to smile again, to risk doing the things I like and to live according to my rhythm.
