This is so cool Julia! I'm a little late to the post so I cant say good luck, but how did they taste? They almost look like popcorn kernels.

I was planning on doing an update, I only yanked them out of the jar yesterday and it was so full they were hard to get out, like completely packed in haha! I actually like the taste and used them as the base of a salad, hard to describe the flavor but I can see how it's not for everyone, slightly bitter maybe.
