This was really fun to read. I never knew they were something like English speaking students until today. I thought once we all got to school, the only language we had to speak was English until it’s time for the local language classes.

I didn't think much to know that you're from a rich home and didn't know anything about rural school lifestyle 😅
Even till today, there are still schools in deep rural areas that English is a block to them.
