Pet peeves are as annoying as they get. I have a few myself like nail-chewing which I'm trying to stop. Some pet peeves are so disgusting that you wouldn't want to keep a close relationship with the person, like your friend that scratches his bum and smells. Ugh! Pet peeves can really cause trouble in close relationships.

yea I could not tolerate that, even though I am still friends with him but I cant eat with him which means I set a limit.
