For my type of personality, I wouldn't really classify myself as an introvert or an extrovert; I'm mostly in between. As much as I really love my space so dearly, sometimes I love to be out there too, but I don't stay out there for too long so I won't get drained, so it's safe to say that I'm an ambivert.
Ambiverts are the type of people who have the ability to be introverted and extroverted. I can remember around April this year, when I went to greet my closest friend in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, and prior to travelling down to her place, we had already planned that we would visit a tourist centre named Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort, where cold and warm water meet. I was happy and really looked forward to it.
Fast forward to D-day, I was feeling reluctant to get up from the bed; in fact, I was really praying to God that she should change her mind so that I wouldn't leave the house that day, but she wasn't going to give up, so we had to go, and at the end, I was so happy that I did.

Furthermore, as an ambivert, I have developed adaptive skills and the ability to relate with different people. I have some friends that are social butterflies and some that are homebodies, so I tend to flow with each of them seamlessly. If it happens that I'm with the outgoing ones, I do that seamlessly, and I enjoy myself even though sometimes I get drained afterwards, and if I'm with those that aren't outgoing, I enjoy it so much, and we are really comfortable with our space so much that we don't even leave the house except we want to get essential things, and we go back to the house.
Having that mixed trait of an introvert and an extrovert is one thing that I really love so much because it is a great strength and helps me to live a balanced life. I believe that one has to live a balanced life always, not doing less or doing much.
I love adventure, nature, and exploring new places, so when I'm out there or I'm in the midst of people, it helps me to improve my mental health and brings joy to my heart, and it also helps me explore nature, and trust me, it's just the best feeling lol. At the same time, when I'm in my space, I feel so relaxed; I have a great sense of comfort, tend to be more focused, and lessen distractions.
Being an ambivert has really helped me a lot, especially in the area of leadership. I know when to push and when to hold back; I also observe and reflect a lot. People have different versions of me in their minds because, as much as I can be a social butterfly, the next time they see me, I'm in my reserved mode.
I see myself like a chameleon; I can blend effortlessly with any crowds, and as I begin to reflect on the uniqueness and strength of my personality and the challenges that come with it, I can't wait to see how it will shape my future and relationship with people.
Thank you so much for always engaging with my post. See you all in the next one.

This was a nice read and it's evident that you put a lot of thought into it. Ambiverts are the coolest people being able to switch like that, and I'm glad that you're able to harness this personality into living your best life. Thank you for sharing.✨
