📝 The holiday is completely over now, and we would like to know how it felt switching from the holiday mood back to our usual life routine. It could be resumption to work or school; tell us about it.
The holiday wasn't so much of a holiday for me apart from the fact that he gave me an opportunity to be with my family since the last time I saw them was January of 2024 before I went back to school.
So I got a call from my decor boss some time in December telling me how that he needed me back in Delta State, Warri, for some event jobs due to the fact that a lot of people leverage the holiday to get their events done, and so there were about four events he had for a particular weekend, and he wanted me to handle one of the venues. I set out and traveled from Abeokuta to Warri, and I was able to help deliver that venue just the weekend before Christmas, and after the job we spent the whole of Monday and Tuesday returning most of the things we rented and also arranging his shop.

I spent a lovely time with my family as my mum prepared my favorite dish, Banga soup, for me; however, the consequences of my travels was missing a test on the very Monday just before Christmas. I was so heartbroken when my hoc announced on our WhatsApp platform that we would be having a test, but there was nothing much that could be done, so I just accepted my fate.
My holiday was cut short when my head of class announced on our WhatsApp platform that we were supposed to have a test on the sixth of January, and it meant the end of my holiday.
I travelled back to school very early on the third box in January only for the test to be postponed till the next day, although this gave me ample time to prepare more for the test. I was pained because I could have delayed till the fifth before I travelled on the journey, which would have been stressful.
That week happens to be the lecture free week which proceeds our exams but we still had two tests within that week and by Monday thirteenth I started my first semester final year exams which so far have being going smoothly but with a lot of sleepless nights having to prepare for the next paper not leaving out my project work which is currently going on concurrently with my exams because as soon as the exams are over my pre data defence comes up this is how I have been ushered in to the year 2025
