Quite a few years ago, on the other chain, we ran into a similar issue with our @foodfightfriday account. Because we ran the same cover image each week, they called us plagiarists. It was such a pain in the ass to get the account out of their crosshairs. Took months.
If you're interested in getting off their shitlist, seems like you can change your homepage image to an authentic image and just mention your Hive account on your X page. Then be a good little peasant and crawl back in search of forgiveness. Ridiculous.
