One statement that remains true, through time is change being constant. It presents the undeniable fact that change will always show up—announced or unannounced, welcomed or unwelcomed. The reality of this is clearly evident by how much advancements we keep seeing even in the advanced digital and technological world. To personal situations also, change could always come around, with or without our permission. It's also the reason why somethings we held as habits, lifestyle, interests, can be said to be different from what it currently is.
Growing up and evolving to this stage in life, several changes came along the way. Changes that rubbed on some habits, desires, interests, into what will be seen as the current state. Reflecting on the present and looking back to some things in my life, I would say there has been some drastic changes; ideologically, rationally, physically, emotionally and so on. While in the past all it could take to demoralize my emotions was some little effort, I've come to learn better and get better. Not letting it easily get through.
Recognising some of these changes would lead me to wonder how it was that I held to the previous perspectives; ideologies, habits, lifestyles, desires and so on. Some seemed childish now as I've evolved, and some were just some transformational shifts that needed to be made.
Say, like when I would prefer a squad kind of thing; moving together with a group always. Some would say I'm a kind of lone wolf now. Well, they maybe right, they maybe wrong. Being able to stand on my own and do what matters most, not waiting for the push from someone could be said to be what triggered this shift. Not necessarily isolating from people, but having that space of mine for full expression was really necessary. The result was one I'll say that was certainly worth it. It would go on to shield me from expectations, even from the ones close to me.
It doesn't stop there. Being one who would seem to always need the opinion of others even when it was something that mattered to me, I saw it in different light later on in life. To need opinions is great, but not to the point of being dependent on it. Thus, I developed into one who tries to sort things out himself—not canceling out the help or opinions I could receive from others though. Rather, having that vision to pursue a matter of my own course.
Some changes were mentally. One that required me to push through limits and see the possibilities of things I could do or not do. Gone was the time when it seemed to me that some things were certainly incapable of me. I mean, there could be things I know I wouldn't venture in and so they were out of my league. But questioning all, and even the ones I was capable of was a drawback. I had to re-question it and push beyond all the seemingly incapabilities, and then see the bigger picture.
Change will always be there, providing the opportunity to challenge premonitions, ideals and perspectives. Through time I've come to evolve, and consider/questions some things which resulted in several changes within and without me today; with the results highly beneficial to a large extent.

STOPChange is definitely constant and we can't do anything about it but go along with it and evolve also if possible because we get to learn a lot of things and probably encounter opportunities as a result of that

As change is inevitable,focusing on the opportunity the change itself would bring along is important, this means we'll have to be dynamic than being static...re strategising is always an opportunity created by change. Thank you for this is insightful.
