Being a healthcare practitioner myself I can totally relate with this. Our lives are purely dedicated to the cause, it's more or less like a cycle that keeps going and never ends.
Sometimes I usually ask myself if it's worth it, but then seeing your patients who were very ill, some at the point of death when you first started attending to them, seeing them recover gradually until they are full of life makes the practice fulfilling and there's this satisfaction it brings.
