Every individual has their own perspective about things, and these ideas develop due to our understanding, exposure, and experiences in life, so condemning what other perspectives on a topic like "whether miracles exist or not" are is something I don't appreciate. I have gotten into this conversation a lot of times, and it's always fun listening to people's thoughts and beliefs in miracles.
Depending on what we define miracle as an individual, it is something that happens to us every day, but many of us fail to realize it just because we haven't fallen under a pastor's annunciation while he or she is speaking in tongue.
When the word "miracle" comes up, we paint a big event in our heads, forgetting the petty things we look down on are practically miracles because they are also things beyond human comprehension.
Being a person who appreciates the gift of life, I consider it the biggest miracle any human can experience daily. It is the foundation of whatever miracle will happen to any individual, so it's huge for me. I understand people don't place much importance on it because they think it's normal for us to sleep and wake.
Yes, sleeping and waking is like a routine for us, but we are forgetting that there are so many people like us, Hale and Hearty, who went to bed the previous day and didn't see sunrise the next day. I believe we aren't better than them, and being alive with a sound mind and chasing our dreams is a miracle.
I always call my journey a miraculous one because I didn't see myself here today despite having big dreams as a kid. Many of us went through a lot growing up, and here we are today still holding up to our dreams as they manifest one after the other. Isn't that a miracle?
It might not mean a miracle, but I can count 3-5 childhood friends who couldn't chase their dreams like I did. Isn't that a miracle?
Some days ago, I saw a lady celebrating her graduation from the university, and she shared a tragic experience that happened a few days before her final examination. She was in a bus that caught fire, and not just her but everyone in the bus was able to get out before the whole bus burst into flames. Isn't that a miracle?
Take a moment to look at the universe, the sun, moon, stars and every other thing, don't they scream Miracle to you? I know there a lot of scientific explanation for everything but they are still a miracle to me.
Everyday, these things happen around us, and just because it didn't happen in our place of worship doesn't make it anything less than a miracle. It would be a lie if I claimed not to be a miracle because even my life and everything about my existence are miracles.
Speaking of the miracles that happen in different places of worship where cripples walk, the blind see, and others just by pastors laying hands on them, I do not like digging into them because miracles are things beyond human comprehension, so I am not expecting whatever miracle happened to make sense, but people are taking things to a whole different level.
Being a Christian, I read about miracles that happened through the power of God, and they can as well happen again, but what disgusts me is how men of God monetize these things and act like they did these things.
It's no new thing that these so-called many of God fake a lot of these things, but it's not my problem, and I just feel for those who enslave themselves all in the name of trying to experience the miracle that's already happening in their lives.
The Bible said clearly that our faith is enough, and if it can be as little as mustard seeds, the least expected miracles can happen. A man shared his testimony of how he got healed of a sickness during worship, and that's faith; you can move mountains when you have it. Miracles don't have to be about falling when your pastor touches you; they can happen anywhere and anytime, in or outside your place of worship. I believe in miracles, but not until my pastor starts speaking in tongues.
What am I driving at? Miracles happen truly, but they are not limited to only big happenings like a lot of people think. Miracles can be found in small events as well, so we don't have to be too dramatic about them.
By staying true to our faith and cultivating a deep understanding and gratitude about the unexplainable things happening in our lives, more miracles will manifest in our lives.

I really love your approach to the topic. Truly, there are seeming insignificant things that we often overlook but are miracles.
Yeah, they look insignificant really but they are the foundation of all other miracles. I am glad you enjoyed the post.
I agree with you. Sleeping g and waking up is a very high miracle . Like wise going out everyday is also a miracle
Those are the main miracles because they happen everyday and it doesn't feel like a miracle anymore.
Such a beautiful stance you've taken. Some people overlook the miracles they encounter daily but instead expect something huge. To them, a miracle has to be a big and grandiose experience. And it is not. I really love your opinions on this topic. A beautifully crafted piece you have here dear
A lot of people do not believe an event is a miracle until mountains are moved. A lot of these things we don't appreciate are the real miracle and I don't believe that miracles only happens under a pastors annoiting.
I agree with you. Miracles do happen and it's doesn't always have to be something big to be considered a miracle, little things we also see around us counts.

Yes mama, those minor miracles as we call them are priceless because with the gift of life, it's impossible for us to experience any other form of miracle.
