We are humans, not robots. It's natural that we have emotions. Hate, love, kindness, and anger are some common forms of our emotions, and balancing our emotions is necessary if we want to live a good life. The expression of anger is what we can see most of the time.
When something happens against us or something troubles us, we become angry, and most of the time we lose our temper and get aggressive. Some of us lose control and say improper words, and again, some of us become violent and take physical actions. We take actions without thinking too much, which is not good, as we may make wrong decisions and take wrong actions impulsively.
Each human is different, and the control on anger is also different and can handle their anger in different ways. Let me share how I can handle such a situation.
I have a calm mind, and it remains cool almost all the time. It's rare to become angry when it comes to me. I love to think simply, and I think I have a robotic mind that can act like a robot. Even in the critical situation, I remain calm and focus on the cause and effect of each action. If someone tries to make me mad, the person may end up being mad at himself/herself because I hardly respond to such a thing. My ignorance and a few logical words are quite capable of losing control, getting humiliated, and making them angry. Because of a super calm mind and robotic mentality, the chance of getting angry is very rare.
Based on my observation, most of the clashes and things start with nonsense talking and end up being mad. Suppose two people started talking about the spots, and there always exist rival team supporters, and they try to defend their team at any cost, and for that, they don't hesitate to humiliate for defense. With time, the exchange of hate speech is very common, and that makes both of the parties angry even if they are friends. I feel such incidents are ridiculous. I also support a team, but it's not necessary to defend my supporting team, as it can't change anything. Moreover, I am not getting paid for defending my supporting team. If my supporting team does well in sports, I don't need to say anything as performance speaks automatically. Why should I bother myself? Some people may say I don't love my team. In that case, I want to remind you that sports are for entertainment, and being angry about it is foolishness because it doesn't seem entertaining in that case. I may say a few words to defend my team related to statistics, which must be logical. If the opponent understands it, then it's ok, but if not, I don't bother myself to waste my energy. I think those people have lots of time to waste going for such kinds of conversations.
What if I become angry for some reason? Even if I become angry, there is no way other people understand that I become angry. I may crash the person 100 times in my mind, but in my mouth I will exchange sweet words. If I want revenge, I may make arrangements, as I never satisfy myself with sharing hate speech, as it has no benefit in my eyes. My control over my emotions is very dominating. I got the nickname robot in school, college, and universities—all the places. I didn't get the nickname by air. So, if someone tries to provoke me, he needs to be careful of me because I am ruthless if I become angry, and in such a situation, I am merciless and cruel.
There are some specific situations also when I put on an angry reaction because some people may think my calmness is my weakness. Moreover, what's wrong with showing off a little bit of anger if I can take advantage of it? Hehe, you may think of me as an abnormal person, and I don't blame you for it, as many people think about me the same. Although I can take advantage of such a personality, there are some dark sides to it also. I am still trying to improve myself, as there is much room for me to improve.
